Great service - The service was incredible. Liz, our host, was on time outside the airport waiting for our arrival. She was friendly and extremely helpful giving us information about Cuzco as we drove to our hotel

Perfect transfer - Perfect transfer - happened as described in offer. English speaking agent was in the terminal when we arrived. Drove us to the hotel with no incident.

Patient and Polite Team - John and team had to wait 5 hours for our delayed flight from Lima, but were very friendly, professional, courteous, and polite anyway. During the drive to the hotel, John explained many things about Cusco and gave us a good overview of what to see and do.

Great transfer - Great transfer !! Our plane was an hour late and Carolina waited for us and was there waiting for us with sign. Helped us get all checked into our hotel.

Great service witj great communication - Wehad a great experience with this service. We booke well in advance of our travel and rexeiced up-to-date communication from the company. Prior tonarrival the guide contacted us via email and Whats App and ket us knkw he woukd be at the arrival
terminal with a sign. He was, and on the way to the hotel he gave us some insight on the area ans places we should. Highky recommended.
