A Pleasant Gateway - Very nice place to relax and rejuvenate. Highly recommended. Their breakfast is superb with fresh greens from the farm. Staff like zainab and Hazmi serving us at the breakfast table makes us feel at home. They service with a bright smile. Thank you.

Amazing last minute save to Machu Picchu - I had issues with two separate companies for my Machu Picchu excursion on 7/4/2022 due to an anticipated strike in Cusco. One company canceled completely and another company could not provide me definitive information for the trip. This was my only day available to see Machu Picchu and Olger went above and beyond last minute to help me get to Machu Picchu. He provided all transportation tickets and guides to meet me at every stop. He genuinely cares about travelers and as a solo female traveler it meant the world to me to have this last minute assistance. Thank you Olger!

You have to book this tour if you are planning to visit Rainbow Mountain. - All I can say is WOW. Some of my best pictures for my Peru Trip were from this tour. You get near the top of Rainbow mountain on a nice slow paced ATV tour that really let's you enjoy the 360 view getting up there. We passed so many alpaca and llama's - was really a pleasure to ride up this way. You still have to hike to the top and you will feel the altitude, I had a small backpack and I was really dragging behind others in my group. The tour guide saw me slowing down and offered to carry my backup - what a difference. Even the fairly light weight being removed was a huge help. Was very thoughtful of the guide to offer his help. You will not be disappointed in this tour.

Awesome Day - The host were very nice and professional. They picked us up form out AirBnb, it was not easy to get to. They had great communication on what’s app and we’re on time. The tour was breathtaking and the rainbow mountain was great to. You do need to bring 25 sol to get into the park and and extra 80 sol if you want to take a dirt bike or horse up the mountain for the last little bit (completely worth it that elevation will get you) we came back got served lunch which was fantastic and they had us home by 5. Great day and beautiful

The perfect tour - This is the best Rainbow Mountain tour you can pick. The ATV was an adventure on its own and my guide Jorge was excellent. Cusco offers many tours but the ATV factor makes it the best. We took a scenic ride up the mountain. The ride was smooth, fun and the views just breathtaking. My guide Jorge was knowledgeable, friendly and very concern about safety. He never took his eyes off anyone of us. He made sure we were good all the time. I highly recommend this tour.

The landscape is a beauty - This tour takes you a full day because it is located 3 hours from Cusco, it is convenient to buy the excursion in a tourism agency. For this trip, hire the services of Bioanden Expeditions. It has been an amazing experience. has everything perfectly organized. Very efficient, friendly and good drivers. Highlight the work done by our guide, a professional, both in the management of the team through the mountain and in the different explanations carried out along the highly recommended trail.

Amazing hike - The hike is beautiful, but it's really tough. My group chose to rent the horses to go up and down the mountain which is 1. way more fun and unique than walking and 2. so much easier. It's well worth the money, and the guide helped us rent the horses. The guide knew a lot about the mountain, and did a good job translating everything. The only critique is that once the group started up the mountain, it was hard to find the guide again, and things got a little confusing. That's probably just because everyone hikes at different speeds.

Amazing ATV Ride but Difficult Hike - We had almost two hours of riding the ATVs and it was so much fun! Thankfully they were automatic vehicles so we didn’t have to worry about switching gears when driving up the hill. Be prepared for a dusty ride! Wear a face covering and sunglasses while you ride. The hike itself is VERY DIFFICULT! If you are not a frequent hiker or use to walking at high elevations this tour will be very hard to complete. Our tour guide was so nice and encouraging while we were hiking but we needed to make frequent stops to stretch and catch our breath. You may get light headed or have an upset stomach from the elevation change so bring medicine with you to help with the sickness. My friend and I are not experienced hikers and the hike took us almost 2.5 hours to complete. The tour guide stayed with us the whole time and made sure we were safe but I would caution anyone who wants to make the hike. There are options to ride a horse or ride on the back of a dirt bike with a local a majority of the way up (50-60 soles each way). We definitely paid to ride the motorbike back down the hill after the rigorous hike and waited for the rest of our tour group at the bottom of the hill. The views were amazing and we got amazing photos. I would recommend for anyone who is in physical shape to make the trek or prepare to pay the locals to drive you up the mountain.

Only for fit - This was a beautiful location. The scenery is amazing and one of a kind. The only thing I noticed is there were many MANY people who were doing this hike who should not have. It is at such a high elevation that this is a very difficult hike even for those who are very active and fit. As such many choose to ride horses to the base of the main mountain. What they don’t tell you is that these poor horses are struggling to carry people up there. We arrived early in the morning and on the way there the horses only have one water trough. On the way back you could hear the poor animals wheezing as they were ran back to pick up more unfit people to carry. Not only could you hear them struggling many were being forcefully ya led and pulled at to move and there was NO water at the trough on the way back so those animals had no water to drink. This was still early morning with many more tour groups coming later so knowing that broke my heart. Please be aware and considerate before doing this hike.

SCAM - Totally looking forward to this trip. They cancelled on me. I called them and said they canceled but they refunded me 100%. That was over 10 days ago. They said my bank was holding funds. I'm using a credit union and they don't do that..But, I called them and they said no. Nothing is being held. Which we all know is going on. SCAM. DONT BOOK WITH THEM. It leaves a sour taste in my mouth for Cusco. Everything can go perfect but when you get scammed, it gets all thrown out the window. My advice is to avoid Trip advisor. They haven't done crap to help me either. Book with local companies in local historical centre. Cheaper, reliable and you have the person/company in front of you.
