Too TOP experience! - We took the Machu Picchu tour with Peru Hickers with family and friends and the experience we had was exceptional! Isao who accompanied us at all times and helped with great willingness in everything. Jacob was our guide who provided the translation and explanations in Portuguese. There were children in the group and they were patient. Just hire! Too much show.

Amazing Machu Picchu Tour - Marcial was our guide for our trip up to Machu Picchu from Cusco. He met us at the train stop in Aguas Calientes and brought us up to Machu Picchu. He gave us a super informational tour teaching us about the deep history. After it was over he even helped us find jackets, an ATM, and showed us where to get food!

Best Macchu Picchu Tour - If youre deciding which travel agency to get for your macchu picchu trip, look no further! Our experience is outstanding and i highly recommend this agency: 1. Very well organized. We were picked up from our hotel in cusco and every step of the way/ transfers the coordination is smooth! You will feel like royalty. 2. Customized and very resourceful. We werent able to book tickets online (all sold out) but Danny was able to help us get tickets on the days we want. He gave us a lot of tips and explained the whole process. I talked to more than 5 agencies but only peruhikers explained how to do it clearly. 3. Best tour guide/ photographer — Isao our guide knows all the best photo spots and is like a professional photog! We had more than 300+ photos as souvenirs. He is also very knowledgeable of the history which we enjoyed. Overall, 10 out of 10 experience! Thanks to Danny, Ever, Nuria, Isao and the team. Do yourself a favor and book this tour :)

Great Tour Company, Phenomenal Machu Picchu Guide - Excellent experience with Peru Hikers. We arrived in Cuzco w/ no Machu Picchu tickets (poor planning on our part, I know), but they were able to work out a full plan for us to get tickets day before, with all logistics planned out very well (literally had personal guides every step of the way). And the process frankly isn't simple. Our tour guide for MP, Isao, was also fantastic, and is one of the best tour guides I've ever had. He knows the place very well, and gave us lots of background / historical information, and almost as importantly knows all the best places for pictures. He's also a wizard with cameras, and knew more about the features of our mobile cameras than me and my companion did. Overall, fantastic experience, great value for money, and I'd absolutely recommend them for Cuzco tours (and will recommend them to friends). I should note here that because we didn't have a ticket, we did a slightly different tour (not the full day), basically we had a customized tour where we stayed an extra night in Aguas Calientes to get the tickets, but service was fantastic and we never felt lost during the several steps that took.

Peru Hikers - I am a dreamer and a traveler, always eagerly anticipating my next adventure in Peru. I spent time researching agencies to help me navigate this journey, and I am incredibly grateful for Peru Hikers for making everything so seamless. A week before my trip, they sent me a detailed itinerary, and two days prior to departure, I received my tickets for the bus, Peruvian railway, tour guide, and pick-up times. Danny Mayta, our guide, was exceptional. He waited for us in Machu Picchu city with a sign bearing our names, and from that moment on, he made us feel safe, welcomed, and enlightened about their culture. By the end of the day, he felt like a new friend. He ensured our safe return home until the very last minute. I am forever thankful to the Peru Hikers team for their impeccable organization. I am already looking forward to returning and delving deeper into all that Peru has to offer. My heart is heavy with the memories they created, and I will always cherish them with gratitude.Plus he’s not just a guide he is also videographer and photographer!

Terrible - Four trips were booked through this company. They were all canceled. No notification given. Come here to see machu picchu. Leaving here this morning and I haven't seen it because of the incopetence of this company. Never again.

Canceled trip - I purchased my tickets and then booked my trip to be able to go to Machu Picchu as the highlight of my trip to Peru. I’ve been arriving to Peru. I received notification that my trip had been canceled due to not having entry tickets into Machu Picchu. The tour group Stated I could go on another day one week later unfortunately my trip was already booked and I was already 4000 miles away from home and in Peru. I looked back on the Viator app for options to buy, and the option was still available to buy for the date that I was told was unavailable.
