After a scenic drive, we’ll climb to the impressive ruins of Pisac, an administrative center of the Inca Empire. From its summit, we’ll enjoy stunning views of the Urubamba River winding through the Sacred Valley of the Incas.
  • Urubamba - After exploring Pisaq, we’ll head to the Town of Urubamba for a mandatory buffet lunch, giving the group about an hour to enjoy the delicious offerings.
  • Archaeological Park Ollantaytambo - Next, we’ll embark on a 40-minute tour of the Ollantaytambo Fortress, a key Inca stronghold that once protected the valley entrance, and learn about its role as a military, religious, and cultural center during the Inca period.
  • Complejo Arqueologico Chinchero - We will take our bus back to Cusco, stopping at Chinchero to see the ruins of Tupac Inca Yupanqui’s estate and its beautiful Colonial Temple, where we can observe the walls of Inca structures.
  • Cusco - After visiting Chinchero, we will board our transport back to Cusco, arriving at approximately 6:30 pm.
