Embark on an exhilarating ATV adventure through stunning landscapes and encounter local wildlife, including llamas and alpacas. Reach the famous Rainbow Mountain effortlessly and be one of the first to witness its vibrant colors!
- Plaza de Armas Cuzco - We will begin picking you up at 3:30 am from your respective hotels located in the city center of Cusco.
- Pitumarca - In this beautiful district, particularly in the communities of Hanchipacha, Japura, and Osefina, we will have a wonderful opportunity to see animals such as llamas and alpacas grazing in their natural habitat, tended by locals dressed in traditional costumes that have been preserved since the time of the Incas.
- Vinicunca Mountain - After arriving at our ATV base, we will have a 10-minute practice session before starting the route. Once ready, we will drive for one hour to Qosqopata village.
In Qosqopata village, we will leave our ATVs and switch to motorcycles provided by the villagers, who will take us to Rainbow Mountain in a 7-minute ride (optional motorcycle rental). If you prefer not to rent, you can walk for 45 minutes to reach Rainbow Mountain.
Upon arriving at Rainbow Mountain, we will have 1 hour to enjoy the breathtaking landscape and take beautiful photos with our guide.
After visiting Rainbow Mountain, we will descend the same way by motorcycle for 7 minutes, then take our ATVs for a 1-hour ride back down to Hanchipacha village. Along the route, we will enjoy stunning landscapes, see llamas and alpacas, and make several stops to take photos and capture the beautiful scenery.
- Checacupe - This district is on the way to our destination, the Mountain of Seven Colors, by quads. Here, we will have the opportunity to see one of the legacies of our ancestors, the Incas.
Once you reach Kayrawiri Alto or the end of the road, you can rent a motorcycle from the community members to avoid walking for 1 hour.
Kayrawiri Alto is a town where you can start walking from that point, and you can also rent a motorcycle.
In this place, we will appreciate three bridges that date from three different periods:
- Inka Bridge
- Colonial Bridge
- Present Bridge
- Cusco - Around 2 pm, we will have our lunch in Cusipata district. After lunch, we will head back to Cusco, taking approximately 2 hours from Cusipata district to Cusco. We will arrive at the main square of Cusco city at around 5:00 pm, which will be our final stop for everyone.
