Highlights

Rainbow Mountain Vinicunca - In the morning, we will pick you up from your hotel at 4:00 AM. We will then drive for two hours to Cusipata, where you will enjoy breakfast. After breakfast, we will continue for one more hour to the starting point of the hike. The hike is mostly flat with a gradual and steep incline at the end, covering a distance of 3 km (1.86 miles). During the hike, we will see snow-capped peaks, wild birds, llamas, and alpacas. As we near the summit, the views become increasingly impressive with each meter we climb. At the top of Rainbow Mountain, your guide will explain the formation of the painted hills, and you will also get a close-up view of the snow-capped Ausangate. After taking in the beautiful views, we will hike for 30 minutes to the Red Valley, another stunning and spectacular place with landscapes that will enhance your trip. After touring the Red Valley, we will return to enjoy our lunch and then head back to Cusco, arriving around 5:00 PM.
