Not a positive experience - Unfortunately the vendor who was given the job to pick up our group didn’t come to collect us from the airport. He didn’t answer the communication on the app.
Contacting someone at Viator was very difficult after about 30 mins communicating with the bot on the app we finally got a person they tried to send another driver. we waited another 20 mins before we asked for a refund and looked at other options to transport the 7 of us from the airport.
We originally chose Viator because we used this app in France with no issues, maybe they aren’t as organized in Vietnam
We have yet to receive our promised refund, and our 2 taxis from the airport did cost us double of what we originally booked.
We won’t use the site again, the experience was not positive
