Day 2: Arrival at Dharamshala and Drive to Dalhousie (124 kms / 5 hrs Drive approx) On arriving at Dharamshala Bus Stand, get started driving to Dalhousie (124 kms / 5 hrs Drive approx). On getting there, get checked into your pre-booked hotel.

sometimes called the Mini Switzerland of India, the exquisite glade of Khajjiar (1960m) has a circumference of approx 5 kms. Along its fringes, dense woods of cedar (Deodar) climb the slopes, the snow line rests above these forests. Khajjiar is home to a 12th century temple famous as Khajjiar Nag. The temple has life size wooden images of the five Pandav brothers within it. Advance for the excursion tour to Chamba (915m), which stands on the right bank of the Ravi River.
