Good experience - It was a good experience. The pick up and drop off service was great. We requested it for our hotel which made it to easy. Our driver was great and very friendly. The fall area was pretty. Only thing is that you go with a lot of people, so just be prepared for that.

All the Fun at a fraction of the cost! - This was an awesome experience to the waterfalls at a fraction of the costs of what the cruise ship would’ve charged us for the same experience! The driver was nice and friendly and the took us to the waterfalls, then to a local place where we saw chocolate trees and cigars being made, and then to an awesome Dominican lunch! Would highly recommend!

Edwin and Samuel are your guys for DR - Hurry and book this trip and then come back and read the amazing review!!!! First of all, Edwin was also our airport transportation - because you can ask him for anything and he’ll do it for you for a cost. He picked us up from the airport promptly! He was holding a sign, took care of our luggage, gave us some helpful tips, and gave us reminders for our tour dates and times! Then, he had Samuel as our tour guide and Berhilio was our driver. They both were AMAZING!!!!! Sam gave us the run down of everything, had fun with us on the falls, danced with us in the street, and Berhilio kept the vibe going! They made sure we were safe, had fun, and spoke for us when we had interpretation issues. The Dominican food was amazing!!!! It was easy to communicate with them through what’s app! Edwin and Samuel answered all of our questions and never once got aggravated with all of our questions. I would totally book them for all your needs in DR!

Lots of walking/stairs - BEST EXCURSION EVER - The long and out of the way walk to the meeting place was QUICKLY overlooked by my most favorite excursion!! Someone recommended doing this outside of the cruise line to skip the long waits and crowds of people (plus free lunch!) and even though the walk was far it was worth it! Also saves you $$ and our guides were awesome. We especially loved Luis. And on our way back we saw the hordes of cruise line groups coming! The hike was longer and more stairs than I thought so expect that also. Water felt AMAZING and everyone had a good time. It was fun, beautiful, and magical and thrilling. I will 100% do this every time I come. I was just in awe. And the guides did great at taking photos for us even though we didn’t pay $45 for the photo/video package. We personally brought closed toed comfy shoes to get there and put our water shoes (chaco’s for my hubs) on when we got there, the dry shoes were the best to have afterwords. I hope you love it if you decide to try it!

Great, professional excursion - Great tour operator. Edwin communicated with me proactively thru WhatsApp, responded to messages very promptly, and his driver who picked us up from our Airbnb and took us to the falls was very friendly and helpful. We felt safe and taken care of. The falls themselves were great and the guides were from the official agency for the national park the falls are in (as far as I can tell). The excursion also included a little visit to a plantation where we got to try some fruits fresh off the tree and sample local products.

Airport transportation, 27 waterfalls, city tour - Edwin and Virgilio are the best!!! My experience was great, friendly, respectful, and honest people. I will recommend them for excursions, airport transportation. You will feel very safe.

A day we will remember forever! - We had seen these falls on the Amazing Race and when we realized we would be in the area, we knew we had to try them! NONE of us ran up the mountain~like on the show...but we all did make it to the top! From the time we were picked up in port (Royal Caribbean) until we returned, everyone was fantastic! There were 14 of us in our group with 7 being our immediate family. Our family ranged in age from 17-62. Sammy our guide (from start to finish) was extremely informative on the ride to the falls; super attentive throughout and gave us even more island info on the ride back to port! Boris, our guide for the hike and falls was very experienced and made sure everyone in the group was safe at all times! The hike itself was a little challenging for the 62 yo female, but she took a few breaks and was proud that she was able to complete the journey up the mountain. Hector, our photographer took amazing pics and videos. The $45 charge was well worth the memories captured. We had read reviews and we all made sure to wear good water shoes (Amazon~Seekway) and they were not only sturdy but very comfortable! The lunch after the hike/falls was delicious and each of the staff were happy and kind. We would definitely do this again if in the area!!

Not for everyone - Staff and food were great but this tour is not for everyone. You slide down waterfalls. Can walk around but not really worth it if you don’t do down the falls.

Honest review - Jumping off the cliff was the highlight of the excursion. The guides were very friendly. The hike is pretty strenuous and uncomfortable in the water shoes but definitely doable. The food at the end was ok. Not the guides fault, but we left late and returned later than planned so we had to get right back on the cruise when we returned. The cliff jump was epic though
