Pleasant discovery - It's worth going. Recommended bus nr 5 that leaves from Regensburg hbf and arrives at Donaustauf Walhallastrabe. Beautiful place, very suggestive. Recommendation the shortest climb in dirt. Right where the bus leaves you. On the way back to the same stop for the return you can safely take the steps downhill. Watch the wires along the way, they're live. So electrified, ⚠️!

Very nice trip - Excursion from Regensburg to Valhalla with the Crystal Princess . Very good , well maintained ship with fast , attentive hospitality .

Don’t take the last boat if you want to walk around Valhalla - We took the 3 pm boat. We did not know that we could not get off the boat to see Valhalla unless we wanted to walk/Uber back to city.
