Amazing experience on Aristocat!! - Thank you so much to the Bali Hai Team! We had the most amazing experience and a memorable day sailing from Bali to Crystal Bay. We arrived to a massive sign with our company logo welcomeing us on board, it was such a nice suprise. We had the whole boat to ourselves and a waiter always ready to serve a drink. There were many staff onboard to assist and everything was looked after. As we went across the open sea, a few people got a little sea sickness but they had a nurse there to help them. Once we got to Crystal Bay we went snorkling and saw beautiful fish, sea turtles, sea snakes, amazing! We had some delicious canape style lunch and all of the dietary requirements were looked after. We enjotyed the trip back sitting up the front of the boat drinking lovely cocktails with the wind in our hair nd music was great. I can not thank the team enough for looking after us and Pande for being our trip organiser. The head office is located in Perth so that was great that we could pay for the invoice in AUD. Thank you!!

Perfect day in paradise! - My husband and I had the best day sailing the aristocat with Bali hai! The staff are so friendly and lovely, they give amazing service. The boat itself is beautiful and well set up. At the island we did a scuba dive (which was awesome, a drift dive, coral life and fish life was great, plus lots of turtles and some dolphins on the boat ride out!). After lunch we did some banana boating and then chilled poolside! We also had a massage and they even did it by the pool for us! Lunch/food was really awesome. I’m very impressed and would recommend this trip, Bali hai does a great job. Thank you so much!!

Treat yourself its well worth it. - Had to write and thank Bali Hai Cruise for our fantastically enjoyable weekend. From start to finish it was just stunning. The trip over on the Aristocrat was great, accommodation was superb, we had one of the beachside Lumbungs. Waking up to an incredible ocean while lying in bed every morning was impressive. The staff at Hai Tide were so helpful and accommodating nothing was ever a problem. The menu at the restaurant was quite limited but that was totally acceptable considering the circumstances. Fantastic sail to Lembongan and back - We booked the Lembongan weekend escape package with Hai tide beach resort and part of the package was a catamaran sail there and back. For us this was a highlight of the weekend, as we love to be sailing on the water! We sailed from Benoa Port to Lembongan on the Aristocrat on a sunny day with very calm seas. Arriving at Lembongan was made so easy with transfer from the cat to the Herlina and then directly onto shore. Our weekend at Hai tide was just magical and so relaxing, we didn't even leave the resort! Our sail back was on the larger catamaran called Sail Sensations and the seas were much tougher with large swells and stormy skies. But we loved this sail even more! Love a bit of Rockin and Rollin' on the high seas. Bali Hai cruises also do day trips to Lembongan and back and there were many daytrippers on both our sail there and back. Do yourself a favour though and book the weekend escape package while it's at half price!!! Worth every cent and I would highly recommend it ✅✅✅

HAI TIDE RESORT AT NUSA LEMBONGAN - Bali Hai Cruises is currently offering an incredible weekend at a highly discounted price. Our weekend started with a personal transport to their Aristocrat Catamaran. Where we sailed with with an uncrowded boat respecting covid distancing. After receiving light lunch treats we arrived to the Hai Tide Resort, Nusa Lembongan where we received the best service, surpassing any other resort that we have visited. During our stay we took advantage of their spa and scuba diving. We highly recommend that you enjoy this package with or without a special.

Great cruise, service and facilities - We thoroughly enjoyed the catamaran cruise, snorkelling, lunch and stand up paddleboarding. The service on the boat was excellent. Thankyou !

5 star cruise from Bali to Nusa Lembongan - This is my first time weekend holiday trip with Bali Hai Aristocrat cruise and stay @ Bali Hai Lembongan island mushroom bay. I really enjoy spend our weekend cruise and stay at Bali Hai, the staffs are very warm friendly and really helpful with excellent service, this resort/hotel are clean and profesionally manage, especially during this pandemi situation. The local people also very friendly Room is clean, they clean it twice a day, Our room at beach front so we have a clean beautiful peaceful beach view, free breakfast, restaurants is placed at very nice location between the beach and nice pools, they have good foods at reasoable price, no need to go out to find foods, many facilities. I recommend this hotel at Nusa Lembongan

Lovely boat and crew, tour a little disappointing - I had expected a set tour when I booked this, so was somewhat surprised when the catamaran took us to the beach club and we were left to choose what activities we did and when. This works well if you don't want to be stuck with the same group or want some free time, but we also struggled to do all of the activities in the allotted time. The staff were good and the process was pretty professional compared to some other tours I've done in Bali and SEA. The seas were particularly rough on the way to Lembongan but the crew were very helpful, proving aromatherapy, bottled water and sea sickness pills for those feeling sick. The buffet lunch and snacks were also a highlight of our day. A decent variety of activities were provided at the beach club too. I did feel somewhat let down by the village tour though, which was essentially 15min each way on the back of a truck, with no explanation of where we were going and why. We turn up at the yellow bridge and the guide tells us a few facts about the island and that's it. Really could have put some more effort into taking us to some more notable landmarks or meeting the local people. Snorkelling also felt a little rushed - could do with having a larger area or longer time to snorkel (i.e. 45min in the water as opposed to 45min with travel to the pontoon). Overall I would go back to Nusa Lembongan but I'm not sure if I would go with a Bali Hai cruise again unless the reviews improved. Unfortunately it was a little on the pricy side and didn't feel like it totally delivered value for our money.
