Unexpected absolutely amazing - The staff was really nice the service was good the food was okay and the crew started off a little slow in a little boring but once the show and entertainment started the whole atmosphere and everything changed it was great after that and the party inviting my family and I loved it

Loved ittt - I celebrate my daughter birthday in Bali hai cruise was a very nice arrangement food and entertainment. The view was so nice and the crew were amazing. 😊

Save your money go to the beach and enjoy sunset - Such a disappointing excursion. This not a cruise but very slow trip around an industrial harbour. Sunset was over the highway, not the Indian ocean I was expecting, and nothing like the photo in the broucher.
The food was ok, drinks were expensive compared to resturant and hotel prices.
The band was ok. But the rest of entertain was poor. As for the mimming drag queen was terrible. Not sure why there was a bodybuilder there.
I recommend if you want a nice sunset dinner find a nice resturant at the beach and enjoy sunset over the ocean.
This must be the worst trip I have ever done.

Terrible day - We booked with Sofitel for a speedboat trip, and finally the speedboat was broken ….they said they take us the the place a catamaran and they will come back later with the speedboat.
We arrived at 8h …catamaran start at 10am….we didn’t see what we need to see …25min of snorkeling ! 4:30 hours on the boat 2h in the car ….
Very bad trip and all the family seek after the boat ….it was the reason why we take the speedboat ….
Very nice team …but at the end we didn’t get what we pay !
