Brandon and Gregg did a great job and kept our wives entertained - We had fun and it was well worth the money. We will be coming back to parasail hopefully next year. Definitely pleased with our experience

Amazing Parasailing Trip with Captain Jeff and First Mate Jake - Easy 5 out of 5, the trip was definitely worth it. I went with a big group, and we all had so much fun. In the beginning, we saw a group of dolphins, which I thought was really cool as I didn’t know that that was part of the trip. At first, they were going kinda slow, and I thought it was gonna be boring until I realized that they were restricted by a speed limit zone, once they passed it, we were zooming. The speed of the boat, along with it crashing into the waves, doubled the fun as we were up in the air. Our Captain, Jeff, and First Mate, Jake, were all an important aspect to the trip, as well. They were very respectful, funny, and made sure we were having a great time (make sure to tip them when you go, they deserve it). Anyone who goes, you’re sure to have a great time!

Exciting and Fun - My daughter and I had a wonderful experience parasailing. The crew was very helpful and kept safety a priority. Love all the pictures they they took of us during our parasailing adventure. Definitely recommend purchasing the pictures! I also appreciated the tips the crew provided regarding good places to eat. I will be using Wet-n-Wild again!

We had a great time it is a great place to go - They were all very nice and answered any questions we had about anything They also showed us som nice places to eat . They also told us a few fun things to go and do while we were here.

Fun safe exciting - It was great for my whole party!Trip seemed longer than an hour. Have a lot of amazing pictures taken by the crew ( he was the best). Would definitely use them again.

Unprofessional - We arrived 30 minutes prior, as stated online, and needed to. Unfortunately, we encountered a 45-minute wait. We arrived at 4:30, our time was at 5. We did not step foot on the boat till 5:20 because the guy returned to get his girlfriend. Unprofessional. The other guy that was going was saying right off the bat how we were his last ride of the day, and he was ready to be done. I understand who isn’t. But nonetheless. Make up a lie or something that would’ve been more understanding than knowing we’ve been waiting 45 minutes. We didn’t overthink it; we were ready to do what we had paid for. We did our parasailing; he said pictures usually run about $50, but he would cut us a deal for $40. We accepted, and the SD card malfunctioned, so we could not receive our pictures. We had not paid yet, thank goodness. He put our equipment on well, and we felt safe on that end of it. We were on the water at 5:20 and back at land at 5:48. We paid from 5-6. I just felt rushed and cheated. After leaving, he said we could still tip if we wanted to, and he would give us his cash app or Venmo. We respectfully declined as it had not been a pleasant experience for us. He immediately was griping about the situation, how people don’t tip, etc., and he was highly unprofessional once again. I’m sure everyone has long days, but people are here on vacation. We are not asking you to bend over backwards, just to do your job, and not make inappropriate comments about tips or getting your girlfriend.

Scammers and horrible business owners!!! - We got scammed out of our money! So when we booked the trip online the app said, Tuesday 05/07/24 was sold out! So we booked for Wednesday the 05/08/24 around 2 o’clock… well around 4 o’clock on Tuesday we get a call from our daughter which booked for the 8th as well, called us and said we wasn’t on the list for the 8th. So we call the company and asked what’s going on? Well the app changed our date back to the 7th which was sold out and we missed out on a parasailing experience. We were denied a reschedule and refund! So today the 8th our daughter went to there business for her trip that she booked there app once again failed and booked to many people on the boat so they had to kick a small family off and after she got off the boat the captain said well she isn’t getting her money back!

Horrible staff - Horrible staff seems to be ran by kids. I had three flyers. My 4 year old and I were going to go watch them fly. However I was told my 4 year old would have to pay a ride fee due to only one observer per 2 riders. When I came back from getting my card to pay the girl told me he could only go observe due to not enough room. (Like she didn’t understand why I wouldn’t send my 4 year old by himself without me) talked to the manager he didn’t really seem too care at all. As I was walking back to my car two of the workers were playing on a golf cart trying to run each other over and doing doughnuts while people were present. Absolutely the worst!
