Didim - Didyma
In antiquity, Didyma was connected to Miletos by a sacred road. We visit the ruins of the Temple of Apollo, one of the largest temples from the Helenistic Period. Despite extensive construction, the temple was never fully completed. -
Miletus - Miletos
These ancient ruins lie on a hill near the Aegean Sea. You can explore the ancient theater, built circa 4th century BC. The theater could accommodate over 15,000 spectators. Then, we visit the well-preserved Bath of Faustina, named after the wife of Marcus Aurelius, who ordered their construction. -
Priene Antik Kenti
After breakfast, we reach to Priene. Priene, sets dramatically at the foot of a sheer mountain wall. Priene overlooks the aptly named Meander River. This 2500 years old Ionian city was among the first to be planned with a grid system of streets.

The excursion generally begins with a hotel pickup from Kusadasi or Selcuk, followed by a trip to the historical city of Priene, roughly an hour’s journey away. Priene was a significant Ionian League’s city during antiquity, equipped with a well-preserved theater, divine precincts, and a bouleterion (a public building).
The journey subsequently proceeds to the ancient city of Miletus, once one of the most populous cities in old Anatolia. Spectacular sights such as impressive theatre, the marketplace, the Nymphaeum, and the Bath-Gymnasium complex await exploration here. A trip to the Miletus Museum will also be made to appreciate the findings from the site excavations.
The tour culminates at Didyma, a historical sanctuary committed to Apollo, the god. The prime attraction of this location is Apollo’s Temple, renowned as one of the most substantial and stunning temples of ancient epoch.
Upon completion of the tour, a return trip will be provided to your hotel based in Kusadasi or Selcuk.
