Amazing great value for money and a life time of memories - This whole experience was incredible, from pick up at our hotel , communication was Excellent, we arrived at the boat and Chuck and his team were awesome, food was beautiful all local healthy. Chuck explained everything, great guide on tours and nothing was too much trouble. We only wished we stayed longer. 150% recommend this trip.

Excellent customer service - Ms My Uyen Nguyen helped us to book hotels and tours at both Phu Quoc and Saigon. We all enjoyed the trip a lot. The hotels were nice and clean, the Mekong Delta tour was interesting with feeding crocodiles, and the Saigon night food tour was so much fun. The kids really enjoyed the scooter ride. We will surely refer family and friends to Ms Uyen for our future trips.

Mekong Delta trip & transit to Cambodia - I booked the trip with Jane and she was very responsive via Whatsapp to deal with any questions and to ensure everything went well. The river cruise on Mekong Eyes was great - nice ship, crew, food and fellow passengers. 👌 The transit, lunch restaurant and hotel in Chau Doc were excellent; the fast ferry and visa on arrival for Cambodia seemless and someone was waiting at the dock in Phnom Penh to take me to my hotel. Enjoyable and hassle free, thanks.

Excellent cruise, tours ok - The service at the start by My Uyen was superb as only booked less than week before trip, text regularly to make sure had my room number and details and then called my hotel room day before to confirm pick up time Journey down was excellent as luxury shuttle bus which made the just under 3 hour journey very comfortable. My only small point is that there was no stop for comfort break, we turned up 45 mins early so could have been done. Due to issues with 14 cabin Mekong Eyes cruise was given free upgrade by My to Dragon Eyes, a 2 cabin cruise which was stunning. The trip down the Delta was amazing and fantastic sunrise if you don’t mind rising at 5:15am but worth it. Food served on board was delicious and so much of it, you will not go hungry. Tours were ok but not amazing. Enjoyed the bike ride but was to short. The walk was nice but rain made paths very slippery and almost went a few times and not comfortable seeing a very large dog in a very small cage at the farm stop. The thin gang plank to enter boats can also be an issue if your balance isn’t great. The small boat up one of the canals was excellent. The crew of the boat were excellent and anything you want they will get for you. Jonathan the tour guide was also superb with plenty of info and very friendly, making sure you are ok at all times.
