Ho Chi Minh City - My Tho - Ben Tre - Can Tho City (Meals: L)

My Tho - Around 8:00AM. We depart from Ho Chi Minh City to Mekong Delta region. Sit back, relax and enjoy the landscapes and scenery of green rice fields along the way. The first stop is Vinh Trang pagoda. Take some time to explore this beautiful temple. Continue your trip to My Tho and take a boat cruise along the Mekong River where you can escape the busy town. Enjoy a sampan ride through the coconut trees-lined canals. Disembark and explore the village on foot. Visit local families where you can enjoy fruits, honey tea and wine while listening to traditional music performed by the villagers. Enjoy a local lunch.

Ben Tre Province - The boat cruises to Ben Tre province known as “The Land of Coconut” where you can tour a coconut farm and witness the process of making coconut candy, rice paper, and other coconut-based products. In the afternoon, head to Can Tho City – the heart of the Mekong Delta region. Check-in hotel, free time to explore the city at night.

Cai Rang Floating Market - Ho Chi Minh city (Meals: B, L)

Cai Rang Floating Market - Start your day at around 6:00AM to visit the famous Cai Rang Floating Market. The market is most vibrant in the early hours of the morning. Witness the hustle and bustle of boats selling fruits, vegetables, and various local products.

During your boat tour, make a pit stop at one of the boats selling vermicelli and coffee. You can choose to buy and enjoy these local delicacies while soaking in the unique atmosphere of the market.

Continue your boat tour to visit a Rice Noodle Factory. Here, you can witness the traditional process of making rice noodles.

Ho Chi Minh City - We’ll also take some time to explore a bustling local market, where colorful stalls are brimming with fresh produce, spices, and vegetables.

Around 9:00AM to 9:30AM: Return to your hotel for check-out, enjoy breakfast and freshening up after the morning’s activities.

After that, begin your journey back to Ho Chi Minh City. En route, make a stop at the 10 Vo ancient house. Explore this historic Vietnamese house, learn about its architectural details, and gain insights into local traditions and customs.

Try your hand at making traditional Vietnamese pancakes, known as “bánh xèo.” This hands-on experience will give you a taste of the local culture. Enjoy a local lunch.

If you have the energy, take a leisurely bike ride around the area, exploring the picturesque surroundings and interacting with the local community.

After your day of exploration, make your way back to Ho Chi Minh City. Arrive at around 4:00PM approximately

Great! - I took the 2-day excursion to Cần Thơ with the 3 children aged 15, 13 and 7. Everything went very well. We loved the 4 star hotel, really sumptuous!! We ate Streetfood. This allowed us to taste many different local flavors. Moreover, we enjoyed walking in the evening in the city, the atmosphere was lively and friendly. Our guide, Tommy, was really very friendly. He was kind and welcoming with the whole group. Besides, we were a small group of 10 people, which is all the more appreciated. We made several stops on the way to visit different places. The only disappointment, regardless of the guide and the excursion is that I expected to see a very lively and dynamic floating market in Cái Răng full of colors, as can be seen in the photos... Not at all... there is not much to see nowadays at the floating market... at least we will have done it! Many thanks to our guide Tommy for having a great time with him.

Mekong Delta - We had a great time with Tommy. He comes from the Mekong Delta himself and this made the tour even more personal and better. We took care of us all the time, answered questions and explained things without getting intrusive. It was a very nice 2 days with Tommy.

Great Mekong delta tour led by Kai - We recently took a 2-day Mekong tour with Kai as our guide, and it was fantastic. Kai was incredibly knowledgeable and went out of his way to ensure we had an excellent experience. The local food was delicious, and every stop was well-planned. Kai’s passion and effort made the trip enjoyable and memorable. If you’re looking for an engaging and well-organized tour, this is it. Highly recommend it for anyone wanting to explore the Mekong region with a great guide and tasty local cuisine.

Brilliant!!! - I had a fantastic 2-day Mekong tour with our guide, Kai. He provided us with interesting facts about local history and culture, making the trip both informative and enjoyable. Best tour - Best day in Vietnam, the tour was amazing, the two guides explained very precisely the Vietnam war scenario, introducing historical context and showing photos. The visit to Cu Chi tunnels was very interesting, the tour at the Mekong delta as well. Alex the guide entertained the whole group with songs and jokes! Best tour we had in Vietnam!

The best tour ever - I recently went on a two-day tour of the Mekong Delta River, and it was an awesome experience. Our tour guide, Lucky, was both funny and knowledgeable, making the trip pleasent and informative. Highlights included visiting the vibrant floating market, taking boat trips, and sampling delicious local cuisine. We also had the opportunity to explore charming local villages and the bicycle ride was really pleasent. Overall, it was an unforgettable adventure and well worth the price.

Jack's Tour - We were accompanied on this tour by Jack , a young guy really very competent... kind ... attentive to the wishes of the customer and engaging in explanations and experiences made. All very organized and also the hotel supporting Can Tho was very luxurious. Davvero consigliato.!
