Monkey island, mangrove forest boattrip - Really nice and interesting Tour. Also not expensive compared to many other tours. Our guide Jonny Tran had a good knowlege about the vietnam war. That was really exciting for us. One improvement for the company, you should write down in your tour, that one boat costs 600.000 VND to get back. You could also walk back if you want, but I can really recommend the boat trip through the mangrove forest! The boat can carry 6 persons so you can split the money, but the company should write that in their information of the tour. Best regards Tobias Raab

Monkey Island unbelievable monkey ninja warriors 😂 - Sam was one of the best tour guides, she is a very knowledgeable person & made the trip more personal. If you have eye glasses do wear contacts. The monkeys will take your belongings, so if you do come to this trip make sure to not wear any valuables because they will mistaken it for food or try to bargain with you for food to get your item back.

Monkey Island Day Trip - Can Gio Bio Reserve - It was a unique experience to interact with the monkeys at close quarters. Suggest to carry a few wet wipes to clean up the mud stains from your clothing after enjoying feeding the monkey with peanuts out of your palm. Our tour guide 'Sam' from SST Travel was just amazing , full of information and smiles. The walk in the Can Gio reserve is about 2Kms over mud paths and wooden boardwalk. We used the swamp boat to return back to the start point. The cost was 800,000 dong shared among us 6 passengers as this was not included in the package. The boat ride through the mangroves was an experience in itself.

Do not feed the monkeys - Do not listen to your guide if they tell you it is fine to feed the monkeys as long as you do it correctly. I wish I’d read up more about this before going as I would have known not to feed them at all. Ended up getting bitten by one of the monkeys towards the end of the trip and a hospital trip once we got back to our hotel which was not pleasant!
