Come back my homeland - I was very pleased to receive a very detailed and meticulous introduction from Mr. Phuc, the driver, and Mr. Nguyen, the tour guide. Although it is a small group, the emotions are very tight. Thank you driver Phuc and Nguyen Tour Guide for helping me go to lands I have never been to. Moreover, if I have the opportunity in the future, I will still choose this company to accompany.

Mekong 2 Day 1 night, to Can Tho floating market - We joined with Sinh Tourist. On first day we went to Cai Be briefly, then Ben Tre river area for small river boat cruising. Visited a coconut candy workshop. Then to hotel in Can Tho for the night. The shuttle took us to the Can Tho night market. Next day it's early to the Can Tho river market. Got there by about 8:00 and was able to see some vendors still. Then to bicycling in a small village before heading back to the hotel for lunch, then back to HCMC. Likes: - The river boat rides, both in Ben Tre and Can Tho. - Included lunch and dinner on the first day. Not sure what the "included" meals would be but was not disappointed. Very authentic. - VanPhat hotel in Can Tho. It wasn't 4 stars as indicated, but it was very adequate for the night. The buffet breakfast at the hotel was very good. The pool was outdoor though, and the fitness room was quite the joke, so don't bother. - Can Tho river market. It was an interesting experience. Got there in time to see the tail end of it, but saw it nonetheless. -Bicycling in the small village before lunch. This was not on our printed itinerary, and the bike rental was kinda expensive I thought. But turned out to be a real nice experience because you really see where and how the local folks live. -Sinh Tourist: I've toured with them before and they are great. The guide, the bus driver both took good care of us. Pace and timing of activities were well-balanced. Dislikes: The non-included lunch on the second day. It was back at the VanPhat hotel, and the service was so-so. Food was slow to come out, kinda pricey, and really not that good. I think for the price of the tour package, they could have just made it an included set lunch and elevated the quality of the entire tour. But that was a minor item, and I would very definitely recommend the tour.

Well organised, but low rating as there is not much to actually see - We took 2 days 1 night tour from HCMC to My Tho -Ben tre-Can Tho. the tour was well organised and Guide was good, friendly and informative. Most of the tourists were Vietnamese so he would speak Vietnamese first and then in English. We booked our own hotel room so i cannot comment about the accommodation provided by the tour company. However, after good the tour I feel Mekong is over hyped, and there is not much to actually see. most of the attraction listed in tour(and on many other tour from different company) are solely for tourist purposes and not authentic as someone would expect. To many commercial stops, like the place selling goods made from bamboo fiber, rice noodle factory etc.. not worth the time and money. Rowing boat: too many boats, full of tourist in a narrow canal, not what you would be expecting from the pics you see on internet. Cai Rang floating market: we went at 5AM, only to be disappointed, as there just a few boats and hard to even say if they were selling anything, few small boats did approach us to sell some fruits and coffee etc.. but that was all. we spent more time to get there from the boat station, than the time we actually spend at the market.

We were surprised when we had to... -
We were surprised when we had to wait For another bus to continue the second part of the trip. We were even more surprised when on our return journey the guide did not come along and we were unable to communicate with the bus diver who dropped us at a place we were not familiar and had to find our way back to the hotel.

Disappointing - Times of lunches and dinner were so uncomfortable. We had dinner at 6pm which I found it to be very early in a hot day and the day after they took us for lunch at 11.30! I didn’t eat as I wasn’t hungry. The van was so smelly and therefore unpleasant. The guide didn’t say much, he wasn’t talking for the majority of the trip, and I had already read all he said on my guide book. I think there’s a lot to improve: schedule and timings, content of guide’s explanations (impact of global warming on the Mekong delta Etc.), van maintenance. They did not arrange a transfer to our hotel which was again uncomfortable as we had to reach their office ourselves.

Ok guide but rubbish sites - I booked this tour online so I didn’t have all the options the company offers through the tour portal. Although other travellers had trouble with the pickup, I didn’t have any issues with them throughout the journey. The guide was friendly and tried his best to give us information about the whole tour. The main problem is that the sights are actually rubbish. Except the floating market on day 2, everything is solely built for the tourists, with nothing authentic about it. Every stop tries to sell you something they claim is “locally made” only to find it in all the shops in the area. They even have two poor snakes in a 1m x 1m cage and everybody takes turns taking pictures with them. In a different place children were wrapping candy in one of the “coconut candy factories”. The floating market is interesting to see and being rowed in a narrow canoe through something like a swamp was exciting but definitely not worth the 4 hour drive there. The highlight for me were the people met on the tour and the fact that you could wonder around some local villages. Would not recommend it though
