- Bình Chánh - It will take 30 – 45 minutes to reach the farm. Our farm is an authentic countryside house, completely free from tourist crowds. During the journey, our tour guide will share insights about Vietnamese food and culture. Upon arrival, a welcoming meal will be ready for you. This small meal will give you the energy to explore the farm and prepare for the upcoming cooking class. In your free time, feel free to wander around our beautiful farm. We will ride bicycles to a local market for exploration. If you prefer not to join, you can stay at the farm to explore and relax before the cooking class.
In our special Vietnamese cooking class, you will learn to cook four dishes: Vietnamese minced pork grilled with lemongrass, Vietnamese spring rolls, Vietnamese pancakes, and the special dessert: Mekong Delta jackfruit leaf cakes. After the tour, you can take the recipes home with you. Vietnamese cuisine always includes fresh herbs. After the cooking class, we will gather herbs from a corner of the farm to use with our lunch.
It’s time to enjoy lunch! Then we will head back to D1.
