The only way to actually enjoy the manic traffic, while travelling between the various sites - What an introduction to Ho Chi Minh! Our tour company had changed our Hotel and we didn't know until we arrived there (same day as we were booked for this adventure), but communication was very easy using WhatsApp. Our guide, Nam, messaged when he had arrived outside the hotel. Off we went, into the melee of HCM traffic! And there we were, right in the thick of it! A little scary to us suburban Aussies, but also not, as our drivers were experts and managing their way through it. We would meet our guide at each stop, where he would explain about each thing we saw and we would go for a walk through the various areas, seeing things such as the famous Post Office, Book Street, the Burning Monk memorial, the flower market, the Old Quarter and the food market. We learned so much in a really enjoyable way, also learning about the people from this country and how their lives are lived. Highly recommended!

Up close and personal with the traffic mayhem but never felt in danger! - What a fabulous way to get right into the thick of it in Ho Chi Minh City! Our guise, Nam, made contact prior to our booking to confirm everything. He was on time and a lovely friendly young man who certainly knew a lot about his city and enjoyed telling and showing it to us. Our drivers worked hard in that traffic to get us to our stops and we’re ready to go again when required. As travellers who were a little intimidated by the traffic, it was a little exhilarating to be travelling at that level amongst peak hour madness. Definitely recommending to any friends heading to this city.

Lots of fun. - I enjoyed the cyclo tour. Our drivers are very good at what they do and moving in and out of traffic gives you a good feel for the driving within the city. We recommend this tour. They are flexible in areas that you go, and their English is good. Just wish it was a little cooler.

Ask for Ethan - Very nice experience. Ask for Ethan as your guide. He is speaking English with minimum accent, he knows interesting details and he is happy to share. I would recommend a face mask for the traffic. A tip for the cycle driver is welcome as they re working hard and well to keep you safe. If one wants to feel the people of Vietnam, this is the trip that should be done.

Absolutely brilliant. A must do! - We loved this tour from start to finish and 100% recommend it. It was a perfect way of seeing this amazing city up close. Joey was an excellent guide and the cyclo riders were very helpful and friendly. The cyclos were easy to get on as they lower right down. Very fun!

Seeing Saigon beyond motorcycles - My tour guide was Joey. I enjoyed the experience seeing Vietnam with Cyclo. Although it’s hot, don’t worry - Cyclo has hood for shade and it’s an experience! Explanation was great in English, Joey was energetic and tentative. Checking in all the time. Eager to take photos for me. Joey helped me find some items like cap and jade products, by asking around - which is going above and beyond trying to help I received plenty recommendation for food from Joey too! Will recommend to family and friends. Would be good to add a stop at banh mi place as well and the burning monk statue in this trip.

A fabulous morning Cyclo tour in Saigon... - We loved our 3 hour cyclo tour and can't recommend it enough. The riders were excellent and our tour guide (Joey) spoke great English and was very informative. We loved seeing such interesting parts of the city. It was great fun!

Cyclo experience with Joey - First full day in Vietnam. A fabulous way to experience the crazy scooter traffic, to safely see street life, and visit three amazing locations with a great guide. Joey provided wonderful stories to enhance the visual aspects of our tour. All three locations, flower market, main market and Chinese temple provided unique perspectives on Saigon life. Great way to see Saigon. - Being on the Cyclo Tour allowed us to be up close and personal with the people of Saigon. It’s a great way to see the city in a comfortable manner and from a very different prospective than most other excursions. The 2 cyclists we had were very helpful and accommodating. They took care of everything and were helpful in securing our personal belongings so they could not be snatched by anyone looking for ill gotten gains. Our guide met us at each stop and showed us the respective sights and explained them to us. He was very nice and informative.
