Saigon Cooking Class - We loved this cooking class! Our teacher was informative, very open to our many questions, and fun! We toured the market & learned about the different herbs & veggies we were going to use in preparing our Vietnamese dishes. The kitchen itself was impressive. Clean & well organized. We learned a great deal about the Vietnamese cuisine, enjoyed eating what we made, and made friends from around the globe. We would highly recommend this class.

Authentic cooking class - What a surprise, the tour of the market and explanation of what we were going to prepare along with the history was great. The teaching kitchen was set up quite nice and was very clean. The ingredients were fresh and our instructor was very thorough in her presentation and quite knowledgeable. Everything from the traditional spring rolls to the hot pot pork was tremendous, authentic and really tastety. My friends will marvel at my preparation of Vietnamese pancakes from now on.... the eye opener for me was learning how simple and easy preparing the dipping sauces were. They always taste so much more complex than what it took to make them. Completely recommend if you want to learn to make your favorite Vietnamese dishes.
