Binh Thạnh - Explore the small alleys of Binh Thanh district, including the vibrant GRAFFITI street near the city’s University of Fine Arts, which has evolved beautifully from 1993 to 2013.

District 3 - Discover the small alleys of District 3, including a nearly 100-year-old wall built alongside the Saigon Railway Locomotive Enterprise. Visit “Chi Hoa Prison,” a penitentiary constructed by the French in 1943 that once held political prisoners during the Vietnam War.

If you liken Saigon to an enormous colony of ants, venturing into the narrow passageways is akin to peering through a lens at the cross-section of the colony’s chambers. Within every segment, one might encounter areas that are expansive, confined, profound, superficial, or dim, with the continual evolution and unforeseen metamorphosis of the passageways. The back alleys of Saigon form an extensive web that links neighborhoods and are deemed distinctive cultural hallmarks of this metropolis, which boasts a dense inhabitance of 14 million individuals.
