Very upset half the tour cut - Don’t bother going unless you have checked that the weather is going to be fine.
It’s a long drive to the glacier lagoon about 2 1/2 hours for a 40min stop to look at the glacier lagoon which was beautiful if you have never seen an iceberg before, but the wind is fierce and the rain like sleet if the weather is bad. And our guide decided because the weather wasn’t great that we would t be able to see the diamond beach and Vesthorn mountain so we wouldn’t bother going to see it. No consultation or voting by the passengers, nothing. We will just skip it and go home. So unless you only want to see the icebergs think carefully as it is a long day. And don’t bother looking too hard for the black umbrella the guide is supposed to be holding because it might not be there either.

Be prepared to be disappointed with the support - Unreliable. Cancelled with 24 hours to go. Then messaged me later to offer me a place after I had booked with the ship. Disappointing experience as really wanted to support them.

Beware … not very serious company - Beware, they cancel 24h before due date with a rather « strange » story with tour bus operator?
Tour booked weeks ago and they come up with this story 24h before ??
Can’t be trusted and how to find another tour on such short notice ?
