- Kayak Melbourne - Your Melbourne kayak tour will start in Victoria Harbour in the Docklands. A safety briefing will introduce you to a few paddle techniques, and then you will take to the water and explore the Docklands. Next up it’s time for a bite to eat, and you don’t even have to get out of your kayak to find food. The food will be bought to you! You’ll enjoy dinner right from the comfort of your kayak.
After dinner, your tour will continue past popular Melbourne landmarks from your kayak, creating a magical evening you won’t be forgetting in a hurry. Your Melbourne kayak tour will end at the boat landing area in Southgate, right in the heart of Melbourne and directly across from Federation Square. No kayaking experience necessary for this tour; the experienced guides will be on hand to help at all times. You’ll be using stable Sea Bear sea kayaks.

Experience stunning views of Melbourne’s skyline on this 3 hour kayak paddle along the Yarra River at sunset, led by an experienced, friendly guide. Explore Victoria Harbour and enjoy unique on the water dining, then paddle right into the heart of Melbourne along Southbank and Crown Casino. As the city lights come on, soak up the atmosphere of downtown Melbourne before finishing the tour next to Princes Bridge in the centre of the city.
- What to bring: A Sun hat, Eco-Friendly Bottle of Water, Sunglasses. You can wear your normal clothes but you may want to bring a change if you are going out afterwards.
- Subject to favorable weather conditions. If cancelled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund
- Minimum age is 12 years

Exceptional - Kayaking for the first time was amazing. , I felt calm and peaceful. . I enjoyed the tour, the sunset, and paddling along the river. I knew by the end that kayaking would be a hobby I'd love, giving me lots of chances to enjoy nature.

So fun! - Decided to book this spontaneously earlier in the day and we had the most fantastic time. Gus and Aiden were so knowledgeable and helpful. Such a unique and fun way to take in the ambience of Melbourne- especially with add ons like getting to stop and see the fire show outside the Crown. Will remember this experience for a long time to come!

Best way to see Melbourne from the comfort of your very own kayak! - Absolutely awesome evening kayaking up and around the Yarra River from Docklands to Fed Square. Ari and Adam got us all set up and in our kayaks with a great safety and instruction briefing and we very very quickly on our way. The kayaks also have rudders which make steering and avoiding obstacles a breeze 😀 Anyone can do it, even those with no previous experience! A must do excursion for locals and visitors alike! Certainly deserves the 5 stars! Thanks again for the great night.

Great for singles, friends, and families! - This was a wonderful and low-key experience! After going through the necessary basics of kayaking in the double kayaks they have, we loaded our boats into the water, kayaked up the river, and would stop every now and again to hear tidbits from our guide. Halfway through we stopped for dinner, tied up the boats at a dock, and shared a simple communal experience eating in the kayaks themselves with delicious takeaway from a riverside restaurant. (There are more options on the menu than just fish and chips—the grilled fish was excellent!) It was a beautiful sunset and very relaxing evening, even though paddling a kayak is a bit of exercise. We didn’t need to go very fast though. I would definitely recommend this!

Highly recommend! - A great evening with friendly and competent guides. The view of the city from the water is a different experience and particularly lovely at night. You'll need a reasonable level of fitness for the paddling but it felt safe and comfortable with excellent equipment provided. We thoroughly enjoyed it, thanks Kayak Melbourne!

Lovely views and shows kayaking along the harbour - Austin our guide was very experienced and knowledgeable of Melbourne harbour history, it was fun kayaking along with other great kayakers and dinner on the kayak made it quite unique 👍

Highly recommended - Highly recommended. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the kayak experience. Our guides, Austin and Arron were both excellent.
The only reason it’s not five stars is that we felt it would have been better with fewer people and we could have done more kayaking.

Beautiful evening - Beautiful night. Pretty when the sun set and we saw the fire show. The dinner was very good.
Seems maybe someone got called in last minute to work . I thought I signed up for a single kayak and they were very heavy to load in the water . Slow to start waiting , signing papers, briefing etc . But the kayak aspect was refreshing when the sun went down. Peaceful and informative .
