Amazing Mubi (Mubasshir) lit up Doha - Having travelled to the UAE I expected Doha to be be pretty similar but wow was I wrong. Doha is has a rich history and what I liked is that it has never forgotten its roots. The newer buildings and islands link back to its history - the Pearl being linked to the divers for who this was their income way back when or how camels and falcons are revered due to their links to the "old world" or how the national museum was specifically shaped like a desert rose. There was so much to learn and take in. I arrived at my hotel after 7pm (had been up since 4am UK time) and was promptly picked up by Mubi at 9pm. His story telling brought things to life and it was interesting to learn that Doha was more than its pretty face. As well as undertaking the tour, you get to learn more about your host and how Mubi ended up in Doha is also an interesting story. I was already re-evaluating some life choices but when I saw myself in some of his pre Doha life, it definitely struck a chord and did motivate me to have more faith in myself and take a leap. (No I'm not going to up and leave the UK and become a guide in Doha! It was more about having belief in yourself and finding a new job that you at the minimum arent miserable in! There is more to life than working in a job you do not really enjoy just because you're semi-comfortable.) On a tour level, he was a great guide but on a personal level it was nice to see someone genuinely happy and content in their job and that radiated throughout the tour with his enthusiasm. Mubi was a great guide and put up with me repeating a couple of questions because I genuinely could not believe the answer (example: "so the hospital is just for falcons" - yes... "just to be clear all of this fancy tech and these innovative ways of work (better than the NHS I might add) are just for falcons" - yes). I would highly recommend this company and tour. I was so excited about sharing everything I learned that my mum is now looking for flights as she wants to come and see Doha and do the tour too! Thanks :)

Exhilarating Adventure in Doha Desert! - We booked a last-minute desert safari and had the privilege of Mr Sahid Khan as our guide. We had one of the most amazing exhilarating adventure ever! Sajid was just the guy. Very professional, kind and safety-minded driver. So cool, informative and courteous. I highly recommend!!

Good Insight - Sam was a very good guide. His explanations were clear and concise and his knowledge of the city was excellent. I had been to Doha before yet he showed me places I had not seen before. I highly recommend him and the tour.

Doha Half Day Tour - My husband was here 15 years ago. Wow, so much has changed. There was only one Sheraton Hotel on Diplomat, now there are a bunch. The tour lead us to many city areas and the old souk. Saw how they cared for arabian horse and falcons for sale. There is even a falcon hospital near by. Our guide Hari Pakhare was very helpful and considerate. Thank you

Great post-cruise tour in a short time! - This was an amazing experience for my short time in Doha! Miss Farha was my personal guide today and she absolutely amazing! In less than 4 hours I saw more of Doha than most of the tours and cities from my cruise. I only wish I had more time but this was squeezed in between my cruise and my flight. Farha took me to see old and new Doha. We stopped at the Souk, beach, and cultural village for many memories! Will definitely book again when I return!

Amazing Doha - Doha is a Very Impressive city. I was surprised! Our guide was beyond excellent. Extremely knowledgeable and very patient answering all of our questions. I think the falcon hospital was the biggest surprise and amazed at how busy it was and the variety of medical procedures available. The building architecture in Doha out does Abu Dhabi and maybe Dubai, all of which are amazing too. A really worthwhile experience.

Excellent tour of a beautiful city - My tour guide, Sam, was excellent. My pick-up at the airport was easy and worry free. Sam's directions were clear and he was right on time picking me up. Sam set a good pace, not too fast and not too slow. We saw everything on the itinerary but I didn't feel pushed or rushed at any time. I felt comfortable asking questions. He even had a great suggestion for what to do while I waited at the airport. For me, one of the highlight was going to the souk, especially our tour of the falcon market. Doha is a beautiful city with lots to offer visitors. I'm delighted that I got an overview.

Definitely would recommend - We had a wonderful tour guide. Went to the old souk, saw modern and old city. Residential areas were beautiful. A lot of opportunities for great pictures.
