The Corniche - The Doha Corniche is a scenic waterfront walkway stretching seven kilometers along Doha Bay in Qatar’s capital, Doha. It is the focal point for annual national celebrations such as Qatar National Day and National Sports Day. This area is a favored spot for tourists and locals alike.
National Museum of Qatar - Located in Doha, the National Museum of Qatar opened its current building to the public on March 28, 2019, replacing the original structure from 1975. Designed by architect Jean Nouvel, the building draws inspiration from the desert rose crystal found in Qatar. The museum also encompasses Sheikh Abdullah bin Jassim Al Thani’s Palace, a symbol of Qatari national identity. As of 2013, Sheikha Amna serves as the museum’s director.

The Pearl Island - The Pearl Island (Arabic: جزيرة اللؤلؤة, romanized: jazirat alluwlua) in Doha, Qatar, is a man-made island covering nearly four square kilometers. It is the first area in Qatar where foreign nationals can own property. The island is home to 27,000 residents.
Souq Waqif - Souq Waqif (Arabic: سوق واقف) is a traditional marketplace in Doha, Qatar, offering a variety of traditional garments, spices, handicrafts, and souvenirs. The souq also features numerous restaurants and shisha lounges. Originally built between the late 19th and early 20th centuries in a traditional Qatari architectural style, the market was renovated and restored in 2004 to preserve its historical significance. It is likely the only traditional souq remaining in the Gulf region.

Khor Al Udaid Beach - Located about 60 km from Doha in the southeastern part of the country, Khor Al Adaid, also known as the ‘Inland Sea,’ is one of Qatar’s most remarkable natural wonders. Recognized by UNESCO as a natural reserve with its own ecosystem, this unique location is one of the few places where the sea extends deep into the desert. Accessible only by traversing the rolling dunes, this serene body of water cannot be reached by road.

Perfect City tour and Desert Safari with Taha and Zafar - Our unplanned trip to Qatar turned out to be fantastic! Taha gave us a comprehensive city tour, showing us the fish market, Pearl Island, a Turkish-style mosque, and many other interesting sights. His incredible knowledge of the city made the tour even more enjoyable. In the afternoon, Zafar took us on an exciting sand safari in the desert, where we experienced sandbashing. We also enjoyed a camel ride. The car had excellent air conditioning and refreshing cold water, which was much appreciated. Zafar’s skillful handling of the car made the adventure thrilling and safe. Both Taha and Zafar were very patient with my two little kids, making the experience enjoyable. Our family had an amazing time, and the trip concluded perfectly. I highly recommend this full-day tour!
