Quatar:Abeautiful Country - Getting to visitas not only the city but also the northern part gave us an idea of the whole country. More interesting and beautiful than expected. We had an Amazon guide, Abdul. Nasir who was patient, gave us time to take pictures and know everything about the country. Definitivly one of the best guides Ihave had

An amazing full-day tour with Zain of the highlights of Doha city and the Qatar northern regions - This was a very complete and comprehensive tour of both the Doha city as well as the central and northern countryside. Our tour guide Zain was very knowledgeable and excellent and very accommodating as we requested to either shorten or lengthen the various stops throughout the day. Mostly we shortened the planned stops as we wanted to return to our ship by 4pm, but it is nice to know that they are willing to give you plenty of time as needed. We would highly recommend Zain.

You get to see it all! - This was a great tour, packed full of wonderful sights from the city to the desert! Our tour guide was Sajid Khan, who was informative, kind, and considerate. He was always glad to stop to allow us to take a photo whenever we wished. A fun highlight for this particular tour was seeing the fishing industry up north, and the amazing market that contained wonderful varieties of freshly caught fish. Sajid was flexible with regard to our itinerary. When we arrived in the morning, the Museum of Islamic Arts was closed so we saw other things first and went back to the museum later. We had a delightful walk along a mangrove trail, where we saw lots of little crabs scampering about. What a surprise to see this in the desert! The architecture of Doha is breathtaking, and Sajid knew the best spots to view each building. All in all, a lovely trip.

GREAT day in Qatar. - Amazing private tour. Asim was a terrific tour guide. He was knowledgeable and we really had a good understanding of the north of the country as well as the city of Doha. It really opened my eyes to the outstanding accomplishments of this young country. There are two optional museum stops in this tour but we had run out of steam at the end of the day. Water and tea were provided during the tour but there was no stop for lunch and it can be a long tour so eat a hearty breakfast.

When you book this tour, ask for Ali! - On this Middle East trip we've booked four private tours just for Tina and me. Three of our drivers called themselves "guides" but without talking to us! And then there was Ali on this all-day, first-impression tour of Qatar and the surrounding areas. The moment we got into his car, Ali felt like a family member and related to us as if we were his parents or aunt or uncle. Any and all questions we asked were answered with honesty, sincerity and details about his life and culture and history of the region. This man became the highlight of the excursion and we will never forget him. If you book this tour or others by Golden Adventures Qatar, ask for Ali.

Friendly, knowledgeable guide. - Abdullah was our tour guide. He’s new to the tour guide vocation but knowledgeable about Doha & Qatar. Very friendly. Good driver. It was very hot when we were there and he was very accommodating for us so we could avoid the heat as much as possible. I would recommend him and would ask for him in the future.

A full day in Qatar - The tour covered everything described and we had an opportunity to see both sites in Doha and the surrounding areas. We were picked up at the cruise ship terminal on time by Salman who drove us everywhere. He answered our questions, had bottled water and a stop for tea. We are very glad we booked this tour since we only had one day in Qatar and wanted to see as much as possible. Our stops included the very modern art museum, (we paid our own entrance fee), the Wakif souq, pearl island and photo stops before heading to North and West Qatar. We were driven back to the cruise ship terminal at the end of the day.
