Afterward, we will explore the renowned Mutianyu Great Wall. This section, dating back to the Ming Dynasty, is considered the essence of the entire wall, extending from Gubeikou in the east to Juyong Pass in the west. Throughout history, it has served as a crucial military outpost safeguarding the capital region. Notable landmarks along this stretch include the Zhengguantai Watchtower, the Dajiaolou Tower, and the breathtaking Eagle Flies Upside Down. The Great Wall at Mutianyu maintains its integrity, effectively embodying the ancient charm of the wall, holding deep historical and cultural value.

Excellent Tour!!! - Today we had a most memorable experience in Beijing. Thanks to Linda with her bright smile who showed up on time at the hotel to take us on a tour to the Forbidden City. Her knowledge of her country and excellent English communication skills made the experience extraordinary.
