Mount Seorak and Naksansa temple - The Naksansa Temple complex was quite beautiful with views out over the sea. We spent about 90 minutes there walking through the hilly site to multiple temples, two were built on the cliffs overlooking the sea. Mount Seorak was loaded with many photo ops. There were multiple hiking options of varying difficulty. We opted for the easiest, which was a cable car ride up to a peak. There was a moderately steep rocky trail of about 15 minutes to a rocky saddle point overlooking the valley below. Amazing views and photo opportunities. We also hiked up the valley to the giant Buddha statue and then to the temple complex across the river. It was about 20 minutes on level ground from the cable car station. I think a trip to Mount Seorak would not be complete without taking in the views of the surrounding peaks from the temple grounds. There were multiple restaurants near the cable car station, we stopped in at one and had a decent lunch.

Mt Seoraksan, the best experience of Korea you will ever get - The trip to Mt. Seoraksan is incredible. Words can't express the peace you feel when you go there. With Ktourstory, you get about 3 hours and a bit to explore on your own. I went to the buddhist temple on the site which is a few hundred meters from the main entrance, that gives you a lot of time to get lunch and relax while enjoying the magnificent sites. There are other things to do, like taking a cable car to the top of the mountains, but the waiting time is around 2hrs. There is also a waterfall around 3kms away from the main entrance, so you can take a hike. The visit to naksansa temple is short, but the views of the sea and the peaceful atmosphere are really worth this visit. The staff at ktourstory are really friendly and genuinely caring. I suggest you eat some breakfast before taking the trip because you get only a 10 min rest stop each way.

Great value for money - The planning and coordination of this tour were well done. Most of us waited at the shuttle bus terminal at the Namsan Yejang public parking lot. We left at 8 am sharp to pick up a few more individuals at another location before heading to Mount Seorak and Naksansa Temple. Our tour guide, Alice, provided us with sufficient info on what to expect all along the way. She also gave us recommendations for trails to take and restaurants to try when we got back. Although each way took about three hours, there's a 10-minute pit stop at the halfway point. There's enough time for a restroom break and for you to grab a coffee. I wouldn't recommend picking up anything else. There wasn't a lot of overwhelming info and there's definitely a good rest time on the bus. My tip for any travelers (whether you're traveling alone or in a group) is to find another fellow traveler once you're off the bus to explore and have a meal as a mini group. It's more fun that way. This trip was definitely a great value for money.

Experience - Overall it was a good experience. Two points: 1: it should be clearly specifiec that lunch is not provides. 2: it should be clearly specified that the cable car price IS NOT includes. Here the tour guides are different. What i understand from tour guides is they come wirg you every point and explain in detail what is what

Highly recommended - It´s worth it, very nice nature. The hiking trials are a bit strenuous. You should be physically fit for this. But there is also an option to use a cable car. Organizationally, everything went well and the guide was very nice and courteous.
