La Rioja - Martin guided us through 3 wineries. He is knowledgeable regarding the Basque culture and answered all of our questions. He went above and beyond making us feel comfortable during our ride and our experience. Martin is friendly and respectful , my husband and I felt like we were touring with a friend.

Short notice cancellation - A message was sent at 3:20pm canceling our tour for the next day. It was seen at 5:20pm with no opportunity to arrange an alternative for the same day. Very disappointing as we were looking forward to the day which has received such positive reviews elsewhere.
