Signal Hill - From this vantage point (on clear days), you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view over the entire city of Dunedin. We love pointing out all the main attractions, taking photos, and sharing the tales of our city.
Dunedin Botanic Garden - The oldest botanic garden in Dunedin is well worth a stroll with your guide. Starting at the bird aviary, you can wander through the lower gardens and roses, all within your hour at the gardens. Come enjoy these with us!
Dunedin Railway Station - One of the most photographed buildings in New Zealand, the Dunedin Railway Station, built from local volcanic rock and surrounded by fantastic gardens, is not to be missed. We’ll make sure you don’t miss this!
Otago Peninsula - If time permits after our honey tour, we’ll travel over the high road for stunning views of the Otago Peninsula. Please note the honey tour takes a minimum of 2 hours.
Taieri Lookout - On the way to the beekeeper, we’ll stop for a wonderful lookout over the plains of the Taieri. This completely flat area used to be wetlands before being transformed into a township and airport. This trip will take us 1 hour to and from the beekeeper.

We offer the exclusive Honey and Hive Tour in Dunedin, guided by one of New Zealand’s top bee experts. Prepare to be amazed by the intricacies of bee farming, artificial insemination, and honey extraction techniques. Weather permitting, you’ll even get to suit up and extract your own honey to take home. Plus, you’ll have the chance to taste a variety of New Zealand honey flavors.

Please note that this 6-hour tour includes a minimum of 2 hours with our beekeeper. Some guests enjoy it so much that it’s hard to leave! The beekeeper’s location is 30 minutes from central Dunedin, offering stunning views of parts of Dunedin that are rarely seen.
