Great day! - First time?? Park in garage C !! Water park is on the second floor. It's a little hard to find..we arrived at 1130 for a 12 opening time. The line was already wrapped around the mall. They let you in 15 min early and the line moves quick. Check in was wonderful. The bathrooms/changing areas were very difficult to navigate. Men, women and children is all of them dispute the signs saying only men with children and only women with children. Many men walking around in the women's section. It's chaos. We only did the wave pool and hot tube, which was great! Definitely but a tube for $10 at quest service. The kids had a blast! The hot tub is VERY chemically!! Everyone was coughing from the smell. We didn't do any slides, the kids were fine with the wave pool for 6 hrs!! We left for dinner at Mr beast in the mall then returned for 2 more hrs There very little life games on duty, watch your little ones!!

THIS PLACE IS TOTALLY AWESOME! - I took my daughter on Christmas day for her 12th birthday, she turned 12 on Christmas! We had a FABULOUS time! The ride was 1.45 minutes on the NJTP, easy to find! The Mall is BEAUTIFUL!! All of the stores were closed, since it was Christmas! Which was great, because people deserve to have off from work and spend time with their families. I have never seem a mall so decorated and decked out with ART and Multi media! EVERY STEP YOU TAKE was an opportunity for a FANTASTIC picture where you could immerse yourself in the backgrounds/ optical illusions, statues, 3d art, beautiful furniture etc. The stores!! High end shopping, middle class shopping, 2 floors of shops... I don't even know how many stores are even there but its A LOT!!! AND THATS JUST THE MALL!!!! The PARKS!!!! DREAM WORKS WATER PARK! Just like the pictures- you wont be disappointed! The facility is CLEAN! In fact, I saw multiple staff members cleaning through out the day! The Water Park was a BLAST! we stayed for about 6 hours- my kid loves the water! The wave pool- awesome! The slides- soooo cool!- The Jungle gym with slides!- YASSSSS! even Adults can fit!- The Shrek and Donkey slides with tubes- Freaking GREAT!- ALL the TUBE slides- RADICAL!!- The Lazy River is more like a high powered stream with bubbles and you cruise on down! We road that like 6 times around again and again! BEST PART... The Water Coaster!!!! we road it 3 times! We laughed, we got knocked down, we swam, we SCREAMED!! We were HAPPY! We were Scared and Nervous sometimes too :) BUT WE HAD SO MUCH FUN! IT WAS HANDS DOWN ONE OF THE BEST DAYS I HAVE EVER HAD WITH MY KID!!!!!!! -and we do cool stuff all the time! We did not do the Theme park- BUT WE WILL BE BACK!!! We did go and take a look at it, and it looks AWESOME! We cant wait to come back and Visit the NICKELODEN UNIVERSE section! OH and there is a BURGER SHACK in the water park- 2 Cheese burgers and 1 Fry and 2 lemonades was $45 including tax- BUT.. when I tell you these BURGERS WERE SLAMMING!!!!!! BEST BURGERS IVE EVER HAD! Chef's KISS ! I paid $99.00 a piece for the tickets x 2 $198 plus tax so total of $203, about $35 in tolls, $5 to park at the mall all day and about $20 in gas! WELL WORTH EVERY DIME! WELL WORTH THE TRIP! THIS PLACE IS A MUST VISIT! The only thing I would do different next time is: I would get a hotel for the night, do the 2 park admission ticket and do 1 park for a day go and sleep (they have hotels near by) then go again the next day and do the other park.

Great experience at the mall and waterpark!! - This was our first time visiting the American dream mall and waterpark. The mall itself is very nice to offer a lot of good stores with a lot of future stores coming in. We really enjoyed the waterpark. They had a lot of free attractions for the kids to enjoy, and it was also very well maintained and clean. I would definitely consider taking my family back.

Waterpark not so great! - As our first time there, I don’t see myself going again. First, once we went in, it was so confusing to go in to the waterpark. No staff to show you the way, I had to ask someone else. I took my 6 yr old daughter and there wasn’t many rides there for her as she like mostly the kiddie slides. She was basically on line for 10 mins because the staff was letting one child at a time to ride the slide, when it came to her turn, she couldn’t ride! As she just reached 42 inches, you had to be smaller as the staff member said. So basically she only went the wave pool, lazy river, and one slide! There’s no options! And the water wasn’t all that warm neither. Rather travel farther for better water parks, this wasn’t it!

Extremely overpriced - I took my toddler daughter, who I knew wouldn’t be able to utilize all of the slides due to her height. When we arrived, I was extremely disappointed to see that the area strictly for toddlers was closed, with no plans on opening for the day. So I paid $200 plus tax (2 tickets) for her to spend the day in the wave pool. I could have gone to our local city pool if that was the experience I knew we would have, for a whole lot cheaper. Side note, I saw in a response to another review about an option that allowed people who didn’t plan on utilizing many slides entry at a cheaper rate — however when I booked my tickets there was only one option to choose. Aside from that, the food was terrible and there is not enough seating to accommodate even a fraction of the people that go. Most of the staff were rude.

Overrated place - Awfully long lines with over 2 hours wait time. Unfriendly workers. Different information obtained from different workers. Lockers that don’t work properly, had to pay twice.
