A very revealing Harry Potter's /JK Rowling tour - The tour unfortunately couldn't go to the Edinburgh castle due to a private event, and well happens. But how our guide showed not only knowledge, kindness but passion makes the hole difference. I would take it again and again.

Overall Experience - The guide was very nice but this is definitely something you could do on your own with a little research and a purchase of the castle tickets online. If you do however book on here and care to see the shooting of the canon at the castle I would definitely book the 9:00 a.m. because they only shoot the cannon once a day in the afternoon (I believe at 1pm). I would also note that your guide is only for Harry Potter portion of walking around town, the castle is completely on your own. The guide points you in the direction and you are off on your own. The potter tour was maybe two hours at most.

Just ok. - The tour guide was great but everything else was sub par. You just get a ticket for the castle the tour had nothing to do with the castle.

Not what I expected - I dont like to leave a bad review, but I was pretty disappointed with this tour. I was hoping for some magical adventure of a day exploring all the Harry Potter inspiration points and found myself bored and wondering when it would be over and what the heck some of the topics had to do with Harry Potter at all. Our group agreed that we should have skipped the tour and found the sights ourselves. It would have taken a lot less time and certainly a lot less money. Absolutely NOT worth $75.
