Another Great Sandemans Tour - We have been impressed with Sandemans tours over the years ( in Rome, Amsterdam, Lisbon and Madrid) and always seek them out when we are in a city that offers them. Edinburgh did not disappoint! Saran was a first class act, providing a wealth of information in a knowledgeable way, with a wee bit of irreverence and a strong sense of humor. We loved her!!! As always, she proved that Sandemans is always worth the effort to search for in a new city... You will always be rewarded.

Sarah was amazing - Did the free walking tour with Sarah and it was so enjoyable. She’s so passionate about Edinburgh and so knowledgeable. I loved all the stories she told. Edinburgh is truly fascinating and beautiful. Sarah was great and made a 2 hour tour feel like it took less than an hour. Highly recommend her for the free walking tour.

Entertaining and informative morning in Old Town Edinburgh. - We met Alasdair on a damp morning and he seemed genuinely glad to see our group. After a warm welcome we set off and were guided around old Edinburgh. Alasdair was very informative full of stories and readily answered all questions put to him. It was a great mix of history and fun and gorey facts. We had a great couple of hours and would highly recommend Alasdair and Sandemans for another great walking tour.

Great, so much nice information about the city...a must do! - A strange start to our tour, after 5 minutes our guide Alasdair became ill and had to stop... a fellow Guide Anna (I think from another organization) "adopted" our group and this cheerful Scotsman, probably a red-haired witch, led the large group guided around in a very knowledgeable manner. With humor, enthusiasm and knowledge, she gave us a beautiful 2 hours... we were also very lucky with the dry weather and the ☀️
