Additional Information

Join an entertaining and humorous walking tour led by the award-winning guide, Paul from Edinburgh. We’ll explore at least two graveyards, uncovering eerie and astonishing tales from the past. Discover a Cathedral that isn’t actually a Cathedral! Visit the only place in Edinburgh where spitting is socially acceptable! We’ll also see sites of public executions and the resting place of Scotland’s grumpiest man. Marvel at his old house, one of the oldest buildings in Edinburgh, and learn about the connections between Edinburgh and Scrooge, as well as Edinburgh Castle and The Wizard of Oz! Prepare to be amazed by the amount of trivial knowledge you’ll gain on this tour. I’ll provide a unique perspective on life in Edinburgh from medieval times to the present day. This tour isn’t for the easily offended. I’m not afraid to stir up a bit of controversy, covering topics from Independence to corrupt politicians and Parliaments, headless Queens to drug-dealing Queens, and much more.
