Hard Rock - As with most Hard Rock Cafes, this one has a great atmosphere and fantastic staff. We went straight from the airport to Hard Rock and still had out bags with us. Staff didn't mind one bit.

Friendly staff, lovely food. - Visited Edinburgh Hard Rock for the first time and wasn't disappointed. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I had the cedar plank salmon with came with french beans and mash potatoes. It was absolutely delicious. I had a large Bahama Mama cocktail with which you got a glass to take home. Food and drink was reasonably priced. The waitress was very friendly and chatty. Will definitely visit again.

New year in Hard Rock Edinburgh - Excellent attention. Basia behaved excellently. Delicious food and on time. They take into account dietary restrictions

Birthday nachos - My partner brought me here for my birthday which has become somewhat of a tradition, embarrassingly we drive all the way from Glasgow to Edinburgh just for the Nachos which are by a country mile the best we’ve ever had - and we’re nacho fiends. The nachos this visit were remarkably even tastier than usual, there’s the usual pico de gallo but add to that loads of cheese sauce, little strands of pickled red onions, we add chicken and guacamole and they are outstanding. We both also tried the Leo Messi chicken burger which was in a Milano style with ranch sauce etc - this was delicious, different from the other burgers we’ve tried from HRC before and quite refreshing too. The Glasgow HRC may look prettier but the nachos simply don’t stand up to these, we’ll see you soon for more.

Always delicious - Delicious place to enjoy and delight anywhere in the world. Located in Edinburgh on George Street, it is a perfect stop to recharge your energy in a super relaxed and cool space, with delicious music. Tasty menu, I'm a fan of the bruschetta. In addition to the internal space, there is a heated, glazed space in the sidewalk area, decorated with flowers, which is really cute. The store with the restaurant is on George Street and there is just another store, without a restaurant, on the Royal Mile.

Food fine but service below average. - Reasonably decent but fairly expensive food and drinks. Lacking in the memorabilia compared to other Hard Rocks we’ve visited. Service was below average with waits and incomplete orders arriving, had to chase several times to get everything, but the 10% service charge is automatically added to your bill. We advised our waiter we wanted to choose our own tip amount, who then became quite surly about it and stormed off, so as a result he got no tip from us at all. Wouldn’t go back there with so much choice of restaurants in Edinburgh.

Not worth a visit - Nothing to do on a Sunday eve, restaurant empty. Waiters are pushing on ordering big(ger) drinks and food. We only came for a drink as announced while entering the bar. For sure one of the worst Hard Rock cafes we ever visited. No atmosphere at all
