• Cannonball on CastleHill for traditional Haggis or locally caught trout with wine pairing (alternative options available) Then it’s on to our main course where we sample bang in season and local produce.

• Mellis Cheesemongers in Victoria Street to sample local cheese, scotch eggs and other delicious local produce

• The Whiskey Trail on The Royal Mile to chat to our local expert about the age old method of distilling of whisky and gin. It’s here that we sample around three of your choice.

• Arcade on Cockburn Street to finish off our afternoon by taking our last course, dessert! It’s here that you choose a dessert along with wine or beer to accompany (we recommend the Scottish favourite, Cranachan)
