Ahla Diving Courses / אחלה קורסים צלילה - What does an Open Water Diver course give you
Open Water Diver course is 5 days long. The maximum depth of plunging is 18 meters. Underwater practice is absolutely safe, because it is carried out under the guidance of an experienced and certified instructor. There is no need for an additional insurance, as it is already included in the price of the course. The diving center also provides you with equipment that is required to dive for 18 meters as a part of practical lesson.
Before the start of the course every participant gets a full set of educative information. During the Open Water Diver course every student:
goes through a course of theoretical lessons of a certified instructor
watches and educative video, provided by the certifying agency
receives practical skills in the swimming pool and in open water
Having finished an Open Water Diver course and successfully passed the examination all the divers receive a certificate and are able to dive for not more than 18 meters in any part of the world.

There is probably not a single person who is indifferent to the beauties of the sea depths. Bright colorful coral reefs, varied schools of party-coloured fish and other sea inhabitants, unknown secrets that lay deep down
– all this you can reach doing scuba diving in Eilat. Experienced instructors of our diving center will help everyone see all this beauty with their own eyes.
A beginner does not have to go through a long training course to make his first dive. All you need is to sing up for an Open Water Diver course, after which you will be able to enjoy the wonderful underwater world of the Red sea under the supervision of a qualified instructor.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Diving within 48 hours of flying is not recommended. All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving, please consult your doctor

Great experience - We enjoyed it greatly. Sasha is very professional funny and has a lot of patience. He put a lot of effort and made sure we understand. Feels safe with him underwater as your diving instructor.

Amazing Experience! Worth Every Penny! - My friends and I did the open water course in a decently large group and it was honestly an amazing experience. Our instructor Lev was an absolute beast, very knowledgeable guy and an experienced diver, he made us all feel very safe while teaching us the proper ways to dive in a really enjoyable way. The gear was good quality, each dive was fun and full of cool things to see, and going to the villa after each dive to rest and refresh by the pool was a great addition to the whole experience. I would give this place 10 stars if I could, really great time with some great people. Will be sure to come back!

Beat place to stay snd dive! - Awesome plsce to do a curse (they also provide rooms for rent in great prices) . great instructors, we did it with Dima who is a very professional diver, instructor and photographer .worth the money. Will for sure come again

Best value for your buck! - I looked for an intimate diving club for taking the open water coarse with my 12 year old girl and 16 year old boy. Ahla Dive met our expectation of providing affordable accommodation in their villa while providing professional and safe schooling. The close vicinity of the villa to their dive club at the sea shore also made it very comfortable.
The first day we started at the villa with pool practice and the rest of the days were at the sea.
The Red Sea is I doubly one of the best diving places world wide providing rich oceanic wildlife at the tips of your fingers.
The rooms were clean and comfy and the kitchen shared facility was practical for cooking. We became friendly with the staff and some pears that also came to learn open water courses. The atmosphere is very chill and relaxed.
The Scuba equipment is top notch ( scuba pro) new and well maintained. Our coarse was instructed by Costa in English. Costa was very nice, professional and patient. He helped the kids work out through the hurdles and challenges. I think it was a very meaningful week full of adventures thanks to the awesome team at Ahla.

Really nice open water dive course! - I had a really nice time doing a dive course at Ahla. The sea has amazing underwater wildlife and beautiful coral. The instructor was very clear and we had a lot of fun. Ahla provided everything we needed. I would definitely recommend.

Awesome course and experience for couples! - My husband and I did the 5-day course and it was great! What made it very special was that we got to do it privately so all the focus was on us and it was a fun couple activity!
We started the course with Vova and he spoke clearly and made sure that we understood everything. He was very laid back and friendly and made the first 3 days of the course a lot of fun.
For the last 2 days we had Dima who was very professional. He was a more serious instructor who was also very clear with his instructions and he made us feel safe under the water. He also took amazing photos of us!!
Overall this diving experience was amazing! The other staff members at the diving center were also very friendly! I definitely recommend that people do their diving courses with Ahla! We plan on coming back in the future to get our second star!

Open water diver course - I had a great time learning to dive with Ahla. The training was very clear and the safety was second to none. The instructors spoke great English and they made sure I was well informed throughout the course. All training took place in the sea and we learned new skills every dive. Overall a very professional introduction to diving.
