Great trip to Perito Moreno - Tour was a very convenient way to visit the glacier, and the views were amazing. Guide was helpful and informative

An impressive spectacle - Wonderful landscapes, the beauty of the glacier is shocking, it is worth all the money in the world, you really have to see it! It's worth all the money in the world

Wonderful and captivating Périto Moreno - This was the second time we went to Périto Moreno. But we were still just as amazed, under the spell of this glacier that we never tire of looking at. I would add that we were also satisfied with the organization of the excursion and the driver-guide tandem.

Very good experience - I loved seeing it, it's a real pleasure. You have to be there and if you want you can take a boat but I think that on the walkways you can see it without any problem There is a parador if you want to have something to eat. I personally had a cold day and this parador was a salvation.

A great day at the Glacier. - The glacier was amazing and our guide Carla was very knowledgeable, spoke good English and was a happy person.

It was an excellent tour... - It was an excellent tour and run very well. They told me my specific pickup time and arrived exactly when they said. Jessica was a great guide and since I was the only native English speaker she was very attentive to me to make sure I understood everything. The time allotted for the platforms was perfect if you are a relatively quick walker and want to see everything. You could also stick to the main area and go at a very leisurely pace and be fine. The boat was a little crowded for comfortable pictures outside, but was still well worth it.

Mismanagement and disappointment. - The Perito Moreno Glaciers are beautiful! Trip of a lifetime. The reason I cannot recommend this particular tour is that I cannot recommend Viator. The passenger details, when booking from overseas, seem to be passed through many different tour companies and many different hands. I was terribly disappointed in this trip as because my name was missing from the list of "Paid Passengers" I was denied the boat trip amongst the glaciers! This was the highlight of the tour. In Argentina, if they cannot see the money, there is no service. They have no use for confirmations or booking numbers or emails. The rest of the tour comprised of pick up by a local tour company from your hotel, commentary by a loud voiced but well meaning tour guide (in English and Spanish) and a drive out to the glacier scenic lookouts. You could probably hire a car or book locally when you arrive. Don't use Viator. Not worth it.

DO NOT BOOK !!!! - I made the booking one day before the trip. I called the agency during the booking to confirm that it is still possible to do it because it is only one day before - they assured me that it is ok. I called again in the morning to confirm the pick up JUST TO BE ON THE SAFE SIDE - again they assured me that everything is ok and that I should be ready at 10:15 for pick up. At 10:45 they send me an email canceling the trip! Worst organization ever - save your nerves and avoid this agency at all cost. And believe the reviews here as it seems like this is not the first time they have done it!!!!!!!

Immoral - I already said it in my previous email, they cannot put the price in Argentine pesos within ARGENTINA saying "the lowest price" because then they convert it to dollars and they charge us poor deluded people in the tourist dollar, that is, we have paid thanks to TRIPADVISOR MORE DOUBLE than any other tourist they see on the web, thank you TRIPADVISOR, take care ARGENTINES who do tourism within our country ARGENTINA.

Don’t book the day before - Like another commentator said - don’t bok the day prior. Even though they had made their scheduling available for the next day and I provided all the required information, my reservation was cancelled. I was notified of it late at night, so I couldn’t even look for alternatives. Went to another agency in person early in the morning the day of the tour and luckily they were able to fit me into a tour. We’ll see how the refund request goes.
