Not to be missed.... see the glacier - Day very well spent. The trip is going very well. They picked us up at the hotel at the scheduled time. Our guide, Natália and the driver were great. Natalia explained everything very well, gave us a lot of information and is very friendly. He spoke Spanish and English fluently, switching from one language to the other without any problems. Incredible! The pass was great. The Glacier is beautiful! We were able to see ice blocks collapsing, we walked the entire walkway route without any problems and you can see the glacier very well. We took a picnic and had lunch on the benches along the route, overlooking the glacier. A must! In the end, we drank a gin with ice from Perito (!!) at the bar.

Amazing glacier views! - The tour was great. We were brought to the glacier with a couple different viewpoints, and then we had three hours on the boardwalks, partially guided by our guide Nadia, who is phenomenal, and partially on our own. Then we did the boat tour, which was really good too. There was a very cute shop with food and souvenirs. Also that we stopped at. The glacier is breathtaking. Definitely worth a day if you’re in the El Calafate area.

Wonderful sightseeing and experience! - The visit of the glacier is something that I totally recommend to everyone! Our guide, Jenny, and the driver came on time at my hotel to pick me up and the whole logistic of the tour was smooth and nice. She also helped me to book a boat ticket to see closer the glacier. What I really liked was the passion and the well detailed as well as varied explanations and info given by Jenny. Without her the visit would not have been the same. The driver was so kind to leave me in downtown afterwards to enjoy a nice walk in the city center of El Calafate.

Perito Moreno a magical place - Getting to know the Perito Moreno Glacier is a great experience, the landscapes are very beautiful, you can explore it easily, the walk is gentle and there are different options depending on your physique, it is worth visiting the walkways and taking the boat tour on the same day, the time is enough, you pay to enter the park, it is advisable to bring a drink and something to eat bought from Calafate, because in the cafeteria the prices are higher, dress in layers with a good windbreaker, gloves and a hat

A once in a lifetime experience - Leandro was a wonderful guide. Very approachable and very informative. Nothing was too much trouble. The “tour” is very much a DIY affair and that’s probably for the best. The boat trip to the glacier itself is well worth the extra money.

Great day at Perito Moreno - Guide was nice and the driver was great! However, the value for the price was not there. While the guide was super nice and engaging on the way to the glacier including sharing great history and biological information, etc., it was essentially just a shuttle to the glacier where everyone wondered around on their own and were picked up a few hours later. There were many other bus services there around 50-60% cheaper which did the same (perhaps with a little less interaction/guides.

More of a transport than a guided tour. Not worth $372 for two. - The bus was 45 minutes late to my hotel. The hostess did apologize. Otherwise, this was more a transportation than a guided tour. We were left at the glacier to walk on our own and regather at 2pm. For 372 US dollars, they need to do a lot better.

Go on your own - I usually dismiss low reviews as bitter people, but I feel compelled to share our experience. Coming for the first time I didn’t want to disappoint my family so I decided this tour would be a good option. If you have a rental car you can make this easy drive from El Calafate. Your time at the glacier is all self guided. You can book your own boat tour. We spent a lot of money for a bid ride and a guide who didn’t share any information of interest. Don’t fall for this

Highly Over Priced - The trip and service were good, except that it was highly overpriced. Accidentally, I made another reservation for the Perito Moreno Glacier trip with a boat trip and hotel pick-up through another agency. This was priced higher by over $100. Before the cancellation due dates, upon reviewing the activities, I was led to believe that this higher-priced option offered more, and seeking to maximize our experience, we opted for this one and canceled the previous booking. It turned out that this option offered nothing more than what the other agency provided (which also delivered good service with the other activity we booked with them during this trip). A hotel pick-up to the Perito Moreno Glacier, where they left us for 2-3 hours, followed by a drive to the boat ride and then ride back to our hotel. I tried filing for Viator's lowest price guarantee, providing the link and snapshots from the other experience provider with their offered price and itinerary, but they just came back to me saying the tour operator states that this is how it should be priced. So if you want to save your money big time, do a little more research.
