El Chaltén, Unmissable... - Its 3 hours to get there but worth it with several stops and many explanations of the landscape, anecdotes about the area and more. We were lucky and had a blue sky day so we had straightline views of El Chaltén all the way. El Chaltén and the hikes are outstanding if you love to hike. I just wish we had longer to do the full 10k, we did the shorter 4k. If you are in El Calafate and you have a day to spend, don't skip this.
