Great experience 10/10 - Brian was an amazing guide and knowledgeable about Ensenada and surrounding cities. Didn’t feel rushed. We were on our own time.

Ensenada Is Awesome and So Are Tigers - Alex was an incredibly interesting, wonderful guide who knew exactly where we were going and how best to maximize our time. Companionable, smart, and engaging, she is an excellent host for the beautiful city of Ensenada.

Must DO! Amazing shuttle from cruise ship! - Our time was INCREDIBLE! They offer a package that they pick you up from the cruise ship! It’s so so sooo worth it! Baby jaguars, lions, feeding tigers, raccoons, farm animals, turtles. The food was super delicious too. The facility was beautiful and overall our experience was phenomenal. A must do in Ensenada!

Fabulous excursion - Brian was fabulous. We had such a great time and he personalized the tour for just us. Pai Pai was a treat. The animals are well taken care of and just a great staff. We will be back!!

Wonderful day - Brayan was a fantastic guide! Made sure we had a relaxing wonderful day! Pai pai was neat for those that want an up close experience with the big cats. Would recommend Brayan to anyone!!

This is only for transportation! No zoo packages - This is just for the transportation! Only the drive is what you are paying for- Had to walk from the ship about 10 mins and look for some random driver. So a little awkward to start but had a English speaking tour guide and her 8 year old daughter. She was nice and informative

A MUST!!!! Packed so much fun in 6 hrs - Don’t listen to any bad reviews on this transportation service. Just read what you are paying for it is so worth it. You are paying for a tour guide and transportation. Does not include tickets to anything.Bryan gave us a short tour of the city then took us to PAI PAI and gave us pointers on what packages are best to purchase which saved us money based on what we wanted to do. I recommend not spending the whole day at pai pai because you have the transportation for the rest of the time and they can recommend some great things to do and places to eat. We saw and interacted with some amazing animals and then Bryan took us horseback riding on th the beach. Our teens had a blast. Then went to eat at a local spot to eat fresh seafood and listen to live local musicians.we usually book with Carnival and went outside of the box for this one. And I will use this service every time we go from now on. TIPS: bring small bills to pay for extras and don’t forget to TIP!!

Great day - We had a great day with Brayan! PaiPai was great and we still had time to go to the blowhole , get some tacos and do some shopping.

Me cobraron doble - Muy mal la verdad algunos empleados pesima actitud y me cobraron dos veces las entradas pague con tarjeta estoy intentando marcar al numero que tienen en google y nadie contesta ,ayer revise mi cuenta bancaria y tengo dos cobros los cobros de entrada . No se vale la verdad nadie contesta el telefono y la distancia para ir es larga para mi ahora como reclamo mi dinero? En total termine pagando 424 dolares

TERRIBLE EXPENSIVE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!! - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!! If you’re from the UNITED STATES they will rob you!!!! Worst experience I’ve had in Mexico. I’m really sad my money is lost to them. $136 dollars for 2 adults and 2 kids for us to just walk around. You’d have to pay MORE just to feed the animals and get BITTEN BY THE TIGER.
