In this culinary workshop and tasting event, you will create delicious traditional mojos from local, fresh ingredients and enjoy the authentic taste while listening to entertaining tales about the history of travel routes for different iconic Canarian foods and learning where their names come from. We are located in the truly historical village of Chirche in South Tenerife. You can see ancient terrace fields and threshing grounds. The event will give you an insight into the fascinating world of taste pairing. The instructor of the workshop is Chef Ave, with her long-standing experience as the chef de cuisine on cruise lines. The workshop includes hands-on activities while using a mortar and pestle. Refreshments are available during the event.
