You’ll have the chance to step into an exclusive venue that traces its roots back to Valencia’s Moorish period in the 11th Century. Here, a meticulously crafted tasting menu awaits, designed to spotlight the finest local products the Valencia region has to offer. - Mercado Central is closed in the afternoon/evening and on Sundays. Any tours happening in the afternoon/evening or on Sunday will not enter the market.

A delightful evening in the old town of Valencia - Had a lovely evening in the Historic venue with amazing hosts Emma and Tuathla. The food, wine and ambience was very pleasant would highly reccommend.

Valencia old and new - Absolutely fantastic tour with Sharina our guide. We toured with 4 adults and enjoyed learning about the old town Valencia and the new buildings. She provided excellent information and the wine and food were authentically delicious and plentiful!! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Valencia!

A must go on tour! - Dani was a great guide. Knowledgeable, humorous and had many good stories to make Valencia come to life. The tapas and wine tasting was superb. This is a must see tour and Dani is the guide to request!

An evening to remember! - What a wonderful tour of old Valencia with Dani! He was very knowledgeable about Valencia's unique history and knew how to engage all the participants and answer all the questions. He was also very skilled in helping a group of complete strangers have a wonderful and entertaining dinner together. The tapas and wines were excellent and Dani was very well versed on the local Valencia wines. It was a tour, a meal and an evening that we will always remember. Wow, just wow!!! - Wow! Just wow!! Belen made this experience the best we had on our 2 week trip to Europe. Her wonderful personality and knowledge of Valencia was only the beginning. She makes you fall in love with this place. And that's only speaking of the walking portion of the tour. Then you get to experience a sunset on a rooftop with beautiful music and her impeccable choice of tapas and wine to boot. Which she explains each to you in detail and they just keep coming. I cannot say enough. This is a must for all travelers who want an experience they'll not forget.

Perfect - Eduardo is a wonderful host. We entered as 20-30 year-olds and normally we are not that interested in history, but Eduardo can make everything interested! He talks with so much passion, you just want to keep listening and you find yourself asking many questions out of nowhere.
The food and wine were exquisite and you get even a story behind everything (if you want) . 5/5 overall

Unbelievable sights and tastings - What an incredible excursion this was. We paid for a private tasting, for four adults. Lara is a very knowledgeable and lovely hostess, she went through every wine and tapas tasting with us, and we were all impressed with the way she made everything so interesting. The tapas were all delicious, and the wines exceptional.
The views and the sunset were incredible.
We also felt very comfortable with the covid measures deployed, for all our safety.
The whole experience looking back was a bargain for the price charged. You can see why this company wins awards.

My highest recommendations! I can't say enough about this tour & I can't wait to return to do another! - I travel quite often & have never experienced such a personalized enjoyable & informative tour!
I highly recommend Sea Saffron, what a great way to learn about Valencia & to meet such lovely locals with great knowledge, conversations, spectacular food / wine in a breathtaking setting!
Eduardo & Nacho went above & beyond!
