Arrival in Kathmandu (1350m/4430ft)/Group meeting
Kathmandu - You’ll be welcomed at Tribhuwan International Airport by a Nepal Trekking Planner representative and taken to your hotel after customs clearance. Refresh yourself at the hotel, receive a briefing about the upcoming journey and learn about Nepal. We’ll check all trekking gear; if anything is inadequate, we can assist with rentals or purchases. Feel free to ask any questions about your trip. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

- The price mentioned is applicable and valid specifically for a single (1) person even though it may be booked for two people. Also it depends on the factors such as the size of the existing group, your chosen departure date or for a shared accommodation if any. For which you have to pay a single surcharge of USD 150 once you arrive in Nepal. The moment you book with us we instantly get back to you and inform you if we have an existing group or not for that particular date of your booked schedule. However be informed that a single surcharge is applied or levied if you want a solo departure and not join any of the groups that we have.

The best guide ever - The two-week experience of EBC was unbelievable amazing. The boss, Dipak, always reply the email ASAP and he is willing to listen to guests’ needs. My porter, Dawa Sherpa, he is really a strong and cute guy. He is also very considerate.
As for my guide, F.T Sherpa, is extremely professional! He is exactly the guide that everyone would dream of. He is so considerate, knowledgeable, passionate, caring and sensitive to my body condition. He is always there whenever I need help. Whenever I run into problems, he will show up immediately and help me solve problems. When I don’t feel well, he knows how to help me and provides what kind of care for me. I feel really safe when he is around me. I feel so lucky to have FT to be my guide, as well as my porter. I am so glad that I chose trekking planner.I had a great time!

Highly determined guide and business to lead customer to success in safety manner! - Jad a great Family trek to Everest Base Camp. We went there In monsun season. It was very challenging but our guide Sidup make it possible and look after us all the way up. Despite many challenges Sidup always found solutions and assisted us with all our needs. I highly recommend Trekking Planner and Sidup as a guide.

Wonderful company and wonderful guides - This company is great company to go with, they have wonderful guides and sherpas, all of them are very friendly and very helpful. We were group of 23 people and they took care of each and everyone with utmost care when needed. I highly recommend this company if you plan on base camp trekking.

Unforgettable Life Time Experience !!! - Our trek was an amazing success thanks to the incredible crew! From the very beginning, Deepak, the owner, went above and beyond. He was incredibly responsive on WhatsApp, which was a huge help for our large group of 23 people with varying fitness levels (most of us nearing 50!). Deepak answered every question patiently and ensured all logistics were handled seamlessly from the moment we landed in Kathmandu.
Dibash - our lead guide, was top-notch. He's a true expert with a deep understanding of the terrain and the importance of safety. He also had a knack for reading his hiker's mind & needs and ensuring everyone felt comfortable and supported. Thanks, Dibash for making this a truly unforgettable experience!
Suman - He is called Bhanja ( Nephew) by the crew & we called him Lion King !! youngest but very matured for his age, always the first one to get ready and lead. Thanks Suman, we really enjoyed the time with you.
Pasang - Pasang is another assistant guide who is full of energy, always there for you with his jokes, always ready to help with extra luggage or any other needs. He made the trip easy for other guides by taking food orders everyday, three times for 23 chaotic group and never missed the order. Thanks Pasang !!
A special shout-out to Safal and Deependra for their unwavering support for the women in our group. We couldn't have done it without you, and we truly appreciate your efforts!

EBC trek is once in life time opportunity with fun and adventure - We had an excellent trek with all our friends. All credit goes to Deepak who owns Nepal Trekking Planner. Right front day 1 we landed in Katmandu to last day all the logistics were taken care with top priority. Special thanks to Dibash who guided us in the while tour and handled all adhoc requests excellently with lot of patience. Thank you so much.

Experience of a lifetime!! - My group decided to book a private tour with Nepal Trekking Planner and it was the best decision we made for our trek to Everest Base Camp. Deepak spoke with us multiple times before we landed in Kathmandu and helped plan the entire trip and answered thousands of questions with patients and care. The entire team at Trekking Planner took really good care of us throughout the trek. Roshan and Roshan helped with pickup and drop off at the airport and site seeing in Kathmandu after the Trek. Ananta, the best guide ever, stayed with us through the trek and became a friend. Our Sherpas, Roopchandra and Nawaras kaka, helped carry the load with a smile. We couldn't have done this trek without Deepak's team making us comfortable and care. Couldn't have asked for a better team. I would highly recommend using Nepal trekking planner on your next hike in Nepal!!

Trekking Planner & Dibash- Lifetime Experience - We were a group of 23 and it was life time experience. Dibash gave us daily briefing and it was filled with appreciation & caution. Pasang, Safal, Suman & Deepu were fantastic too and they were always filled with energy.

Excellent trip and awesome support given by trekking planner team. - Trip was excellent and had an awesome experience only because of our trip guide Dibash and his team (Sherpas). They were very helpful in very small thing that we asked for and needed. Dibash is an excellent guide who knows how to handle the situation. We had an emergency situation during our trip, Dibash handled it very well and helped us. And he has a great support team Safal, Deepu, Suman and pasang. Safal helped me and motivated me through out my journey as I was sick because of high altitude. I could complete my trip only because of Sherpa Mr.Safal .
I definitely recommend Trekking planning Nepal to everyone who wants to have hassle free journey to EBC .
Last but not the least ,Mr. Deepak the trek organizer, he was so helpful starting from day 1 when decided to plan our trip. We were group of 23 members. He promptly answered all our questions and helped in every possible way.
