Welcome to Tahiti Safari Islander,

We will go to the heart of the island of Tahiti. You will be able to see beautiful mountains, waterfalls and natural pools.

You can enjoy a beautiful panorama while sitting in a new and comfortable 4x4 open to the sky and equipped with local music in the back. If the weather is nice we will go swimming in the natural pools and if it rains we will be able to appreciate the multitude of waterfalls. We are waiting for you to help you discover this Polynesian treasure.

BE CAREFUL the road is very uneven.
There are 37 km to cover in the mountains. The road is not cemented, not tarred. If you don’t feel able to do it, please do another quieter excursion like the tour of the island of Tahiti

  • Slippers, flip flops (no shoes)
  • raincoats

For noon we will stop at a bakery to take food and drink. (Not included).

Exhilarating - This was a phenomenal tour with an excellent, knowledgeable guide. Everyone had great fun and he was able to anticipate our needs, including bathrbreaks. Safety awareness was maintained throughout and the fun level was high! I would absolutely recommend this tour and guide (sorry, I'm not able to spell his name! ). 5 stars indeed!

Our tour guide was... - Our tour guide was amazing, we had the best time of our lives and learned about the island at the same time. We would take this tour 100/100 times over just because of the guide himself. The interior of Tahiti is amazing, we saw so many waterfalls and views that are impossible to forget!

Incredible Views - Just Book it Now! - Wow, is all I can say! This was definitely one of the best excursions of our entire trip. If you want to see the real Tahiti, I would highly recommend this tour. Yes, it's a bit bumpy but it's absolutely worth it. It really helps if you stand in the truck during the ride as it's easier to stabilize yourself. However, don't let the bumpiness scare you away. I felt safe the entire time as our guide was excellent at maneuvering the truck up the island. The scenery was breathtaking. We were even rewarded with an absolutely gorgeous rainbow at the top of the island - it was so close, I could almost touch it. It was so surreal. Our guide, Vaitea, was excellent. You learn about the island throughout the tour, and he took us to a beautiful river to have lunch (pre-purchased lunch at a local French bakery in Tahiti which was also excellent). Again, don't let the reviews about the ride up the mountain scare you away. You will definitely be missing out on seeing the real Tahiti if you miss out on this tour. I loved every minute of it.

Nature at 360° - I found this association by chance wandering the internet. They were immediately super nice and quick in their responses. On our tour we were 6 people and Rocky accompanied us. Very kind and helpful, he told us many curiosities about the island of tahiti and in addition to the canonical stops for tourists, during the trip he stopped to explain particular plants. It was really interesting. After a first part of the trip we went swimming and then went from east to west of the island. The ride is nice and long but time passes quickly.

Great trip trough Tahiti - The 37km Trip on bumpy Roads trough the volcano canyon with bathing in the river was GREAT in unforgetable. Our Guide was a nice guy, spend us on the lunch break some fresh fruits. This trip is a must for tahiti vîsitors. A day that we really enjoyed.
