This experience was very different from other options in the area - The trip to the hot springs was about an hour out of Fairbanks Kevin, our driver /guide was very knowledgeable and kept the full van load of customers asking questions about all things Alaska! The hot springs resort is not a fancy place but sitting outside, in 100 plus degree water in a beautiful rock pool was a delight and well worth doing.

Jodi was wonderful - We really enjoyed our time with Jodi - she was so knowledgeable about Alaskan way of living and so generous sharing that with us! The ice museum was incredible- the appletini is a must! The springs were relaxing. The service at the restaurant was slow and the bartender Shauna was very unprofessional borderline hostile. Everyone at the bar was shocked by her unpleasant behavior.

Definitely recommend this. - The was a great tour and the place and the drive there was beautiful. Jean was a great guide who was interesting, friendly, happy and informative. The pool was awesome and no kids are allowed in there which makes it more peaceful. Drinking a cocktail out of an ice glass at an ice bar was a cool experience.

Fasinating property and amazing hot water access - We were given a tour of the property explaining all the buildings. The greenhouse is where they grow all their lettuce and tomatoes for the restaurant. There are several hiking trails to follow. The Hot Springs really felt good. Don't forget flip flops or shower shoes as you have to leave the shoes you are wearing in the lobby before checking in.The restaurant was excellent and the gift shop contained items they make with their 3-d printer onsite. We spent about 4 hours there and it was well worth our time.
