Our First Turkish Bath - Excellent experience, the staff are very attentive checked our needs to make sure that the correct service was provided. Never had a Turkish bath before but I would do again. After this experience the massage was very deep very effective. The Lady kept checking the pressure she was applying to my body was okay for me, generally I found the whole experience, very relaxing and I would recommend to anyone wanting to try it. Even gave us complimentary tea/coffee in between treatments

Very good Hammam - I had a very good day in this hammam, the staff is really friendly, the access to the sauna and the swimming pool for free is a good plus.

Above and beyond! - My Turkish bath with additional 30 minute oil massage exceeded all my expectations. I really didn’t know what to expect. First the reception staff was very helpful and service oriented, then my massage therapist Oznur was very experienced and made me feel comfortable. What I received: a hot rinse, a 10 minute scrub down (bunch of dead skin came off!), a clay/mud mask, a foam massage (so many bubbles I was foamy!), a cup of tea, then a 30 minute oil massage on a regular massage table. And the 500 year old historic surroundings were just icing on the cake. Highly recommend!!

Feeling rested and refreshed like a newborn baby - Nice sauna, nice pool (without chlorine), nice steam bath and the Turkish bath is so good! First, the masseuse pours hot water one you, then perfumed clay, you rest a bit and then get a body scrub. Feeling dry? Wait till you just get the smoothest foam all over you to feel like a newborn baby again. A little massage and there you go, rested and refreshed for a whole month!

Wonderful Experience of Hamam - I recently visited a Turkish bath (Acemoglu Historical Hamam) and had a wonderful experience. The environment was very comfortable and the traditional atmosphere made the experience even more enjoyable. The massage was excellent and left me feeling completely relaxed and renewed. The staff was professional and attentive and made sure every detail was perfect. I would highly recommend this hammam to anyone who wants to experience authentic Turkish relaxation and enjoyment.

I'm glad we tried it - I wanted to love this experience, but there were a few things that let it down. My partner and I booked the private bath and massage experience. We had a 1pm appointment and once booked in we were taken to our lockers to get changed, however, instead of going to have our scrub, we were sent downstairs to the hotel spa with no explanation. This was not a relaxing experience as there were kids at the pool and there is a gym on the other side overlooking the pool area, plus other people from the hotel were using the facilities at the same time. We were there for about 20 minutes and used the sauna and steam room while we waited to be taken back to the baths. No one came for us so we made the decision to head up and see what was happening; we assumed they were busy with other clients and maybe didn't have enough staff. Once we got upstairs we waited briefly in the baths waiting area before we were taken to start our experience. The lady that took us for our bath was lovely and we enjoyed the scrub and foam experience. There was slight confusion about what was included in our package though so my partner didn't get the clay mask straight away, but that was quickly cleared after she checked with reception and had to repeat the experience for my partner. Following our bath experience, we were taken to the waiting area for a cup of tea before being taken to have our massages. We were taken to a room which was on the other side of the reception area. The masseuses were professional and my partner enjoyed his massage, but with no music for ambience, I didn't feel fully relaxed. Our experience finished at about 2.30pm. The lack of organisation and ambience let this place down, so I would want to try this experience elsewhere.
