Best Day In Istanbul - Deniz was outstanding! He was able to time/sequence our entry to the key sites to reduce wait times. Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic!

Day of fun and learning - Our guide, Ahmed, was very knowledgeable and fun. He attended to our needs, and we stopped for a coffee… This is a full day tour and I liked it because they picked us up at our hotel.

Istanbul the Exotic! - Everything was flawless from pickup to finish. Sitting, our tour escort was amazing! He definitely customized the tour to what was important to us. Highly recommend this tour and tour guide!

Top Istanbul sights in one day - Sargen was a great tour guide! He geared the tour to our preferences and gave us lots of interesting background information. The lunch at a local upstairs restaurant was fabulous! Also loved the sunset cruise which Sargen escorted us to, rather than just send us on the tram. The tour was long but covered all the best sights. Would recommend that if you use a closed hotel as the meeting place, tell your clients to expect that. We started looking for a relocated hotel and wandered around for a while, following leads helpful locals offered. Finally we returned to the original location and thankfully, the van was waiting for us. It caused us some needless anxious moments, not the way to start a tour.

A great tour, the guide... - A great tour, the guide was fantastic, very knowleage, lots of information of history and very friendly.

A great 6 hour food tour - We had a great 6 hours exploring foods and eateries we would not have explored on our own. Our guide was wonderful as she tied everything to the history of Turkey.

Long! But great! - I had a great time! But get ready to spend all day out. We left our hotel at 9am and didn’t return until 9pm. We visited the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Grand Bazaar and ended the night with the Bosphorus cruise tour. Had a great time!

Great guides, poor tour mates - We had a great guide, but started off rocky. The tickers we received in the app indicated the tour started at 8:45-9 am. We had friends complete the same tour 2 days earlier and followed their plan to leave our hotel via taxi around 8 to ensure arrival around 8:45. I recieved a WhatsApp message the day before tour indicating I'd recieve the guides contact info later that day. I did not receive this but didnt anticipate needing it, given the time and location were on the tickets. We were dropped by taxi on a corner, in the rain. There were many tour groups forming but never saw signage for this tour. After asking several people, a guide for a different group helped us by calling someone. While he was calling, I was waiting for a response from the WhatsApp contact who messaged me the day prior. Ultimately, our tour started 1 hours later than advertised on the ticket. We were frustrated but spent time in a nearby cafe until 10:00 when tour started. We were a group of 3, joined by 2 couples. Neither couple was prepared to walk miles in the rain, over slippery terrain, based on their physical ability and dress. The couples were so slow and we were behind schedule. We did not get to visit the Grand Bazaar, and we very nearly missed the Blue Mosque because of them. We didn't get to enjoy the other treats, like pomegranate juice or lemonade stops either that our friends experienced the day before. The guide was very knowledgeable and patient, but we paid for the full experience and didn't get it. The boat ride was nice. We actually ended the day on a positive as our hotel was out of the drop zone, a guide took us via subway to our hotel area as no taxis were available. He really went above and beyond. Nice tour, but something needs to be done about people who can't complete the tour on time. It was our last day in Istanbul and we regret not getting to thr Grand Bazaar.

Very bad guide - Guide was extremely bad - was always in a hurry to finish and don’t explain anything properly - very disappointed with the tour The only thing that was nice was the Boshphorous Cruise tour which was excellent
