Very friendly Hagia Sophia tour guide - Hagia Sophia should be at the top the list of things you should visit in istanbul ! As a result of a fantastic tour we understood better where we were thanks to Fuat .He explained to us everything we needed to learn one by one .Fuat explained all the details to us in very calm and nice pace .we did not have to wait in line at all which made us happier .we have joined tours many times before but you should definitely join the Hagia Sophia tours with Fuat !

Fast track access with Hagia Sophia guide - Our guide let us in without waiting in line and gave detailed information about Hagia Sophia .We couldn’t skip the queue without him .The ticket queue can take more then an hour but thanks to him we didn’t line up . There is a lot of information about the ottoman and Roman Empires inside . I don’t recommend without a guide . Take Fuat to learn about it !

Excellent guide - a worthwhile experience - Our guide was excellent. We were able to skip the queue with him. Inside this incredible mosque, he gave us a fascinating history of the mosque and, therefore, Istanbul. Having this guide meant we understood the Hagia Sophia so much more. BEST HAGIA SOPHIA GUIDED TOUR - Great introduction of Hagia Sophia with Fuat ! It was our first time in istanbul and Fuat made our trip more enjoyable. We looked for Hagia Sophia guided tours , then we found him ! we are happy to have met him to learn about such a great place of worship 1500 hundred year old . Loved Istanbul inspite of a FRAUD tour operator - The tour operator gave incorrect location in the post. The google link in the ticket sent us in a wild goose chase. No one knew of this operator at the meeting point. Complete fraud. Once again We bought the tickets at the counter with the help of local guides (very helpful). The tour operator called us ONLY ONCE WE HAD BOUGHT THE TICKETS AND WERE ALREADY INSIDE. Anyways, we love Istanbul. The local people are a GEM. This tour operator is a fraud.. Doesn't matter, apart from this, we had a great time at Istanbul for 4 days. Private yatch cruise, Bhosphorus dining, city walks, Grand Bazar, Aya Sofia, Blue Mosque, Istikalal (there is just some good vibes there that made us visit 8 times in 4 days). GOOD we didnt buy any more packages from VIATOR, instead relied on our hotel concierge for all local tours

Terrible - They canceled it because the weather at the last minute (the day was sunny with 20 degrees, perfect weather). When I contacted the tour supplier they told me that Viator continued selling the tour that day although the supplier had already said to Viator it was sold out. We lost the day and we couldn't see the monument, it made us upset.
